Thank you for the pictorial drawing of the control board. It showed me exactly where to plug the Laser module wires. However, communication on how to get to the location should be given to customers from the beginning. People who are familiar with this kind of equipment have no problem, but those of us who are not, do not know what to do. I had to "REMOVE THE COVER OVER THE CONTROLLER" in order to plugin the wires from the Laser module. No big deal once you know where it is and how to get to it.These instructions should be with the combo unit package.

When I purchased my CNC I opted for the Laser attachment option so I could preform multiple tasks on the same machine. Although there is a bit of a learning curve I am able to create some very nice images.The picture of Mt Rainier and the dogs are pictures I took with my digital camera and converted to Laser etchings on Cedar. The sign is one I made within the program (Lightburn) for our local feed store.The results speak for themselves.I would recommend the 20 Watt Laser for anyone that wants to try their hand at creating lasting memories on wood, metal, glass, and many other surfaces.

The laser won’t turn on. Everything is connected according to the instructions but nothing happens when I try to focus it. Please help :-)
