Product is great, hair is soft, moisture and look healthy. I would buy it again.

Worked well on my curly 3c hair. I know many people will say what beautiful curls I had before! But I wanted something easier to manage for a while. Make sure you read the instructions and stick to them. It's difficult to do by yourself so get someone to help if you can. I did this by myself and used my alexa to set many timers so I didn't run over. I also sectioned my hair into so many bits before hand with plastic clips so it's easy to get to the roots quickly. I did an allover application, starting on the roots, then spread to the ends and lastly the edges (fringe, bits close to face and back of neck) and smoothed for a while with my gloved hands. I used two boxes of this stuff and although I didn't use all of the second tub of relaxer, I did use almost all of both the neutralising shampoo (one bottle in each box) so that's worth noting if you have as much hair as me as normal shampoo will not at stop the reaction.I had read bad reviews but probably because people with different hair type (not afro) used this and also probably left it on too long. Hint.. The little girl on the front of the box has a suitable hair type! Since using this, naturally my hair has felt a bit dryer so I've been using a keratin deep treatment and also lots of oils and leave in conditioners. Its been just over a week now and it's starting to feel soft again. I will buy this brand again. Please note : I don't rate the leave in conditioner of this brand (its the sachet included in the box) I would recommend a tub of African Pride, shea miracle. Feels amazing and smells divine!

It’s good even for adult

I cannot fault the product, will buy more. My girl had medium coarse mix race hair and 12-13 mins were enough to soften. It helps a lot to manage the hair now and the hair absorbs gels, conditioners, hair oil and does not tangle as much, which is the main thing my child wanted. The curls are still there but a bit smaller. No allergic reaction. Things to remember if your child has hair up to shoulder and you can put in a handful bun size, this pot can be used 2x. Just secure 1 sachete with tape. It was way lots of product and I had to throw almost half. 2nd thing is that hair will have a bit of odour after rinsing and shampooing etc but it is a product, so understandable. 3rd thing once hair is relaxed you can use less product next time after 2-3 months as you will only put on roots for longer time and less time on processed hair. The blow drying was much easier too as it was very smooth and i could use 1 hand, again no pulling etc Overall very happy and I am very demanding if it comes to products.

Is this usual not having a seal? Other products I have used come sealed.

As you can see from my attached pics I have naturally very thick , coarse hair . In the past I’ve straightened it daily and went through a stage of using keratin straightening kits. The kits I used did the trick but were very long winded and had multiple steps which I’d have to allow several hours for , and my hair was quite damaged after. I’ve been leaving it naturally wavy for last year , which when I first style is great for about 5-6 hours . Then hair grows and frizzes out of control. I’ve spent hundreds on trying every product out there. I saw this and thought I’d give it a go . Was very quick to do , compared to the previous kits Iused to use so wasn’t holding my breath . I didn’t want very straight hair as I like the wavy look , but I just desperate to calm it down ! I left on for 9 mins and was amazed at difference . It’s now manageable. When reuse I’ll probably leave on for less next time to retain more wave . But I’m really happy with result. The pic above shows how much it’s been calmed . Have left unstyled in both pics for a truer comparison .
