This case works GREAT! It really is dust proof and waterproof, it keeps your phone in perfect condition and is very durable. My husband works in the oilfield and he dropped his phone in a porta potty and when he finally got his phone back he ripped the case off and it was fine, not a drop of blue disinfectant or anything else. Luckily it was a new and unused porta potty but still, that's just gross. He works in West Texas and it's incredibly dusty then nothing but mud and floods and his phone was like new up until the incident and had to remove the case.I really like how the case fits so tight against the screen without any gaps or air and it's really rugged. I bought myself one and I'm very clumsy, I don't know how many times my phone slipped out of the kitchen window and into the sink full of water but I don't worry about it because it keeps all of the water out. I've also dropped my phone in puddles while rushing into the house during storms. I love this case and I'm not using a different one.

I've been using this phone case for a couple months now and I love it, very durable, I drop my phone all the time and I never really worry as it goes tumbling down, haha. The rubber bits on the bottom are STILL hard to open and close, however that's the only downside to a waterproof phone case. I heaven't have to test out the waterproofness, but I've definitely been out in the rain with my phone and wasn't worried about the water resistance at all. It does slightly mute the sound, and make it more difficult for people to hear you on speaker, but again, barely considering the protection it's providing for your larger investment. Well worth money spent, if I lost it, I'd buy the exact case again.

Seems like it would be very waterproof!! I couldn't open the cover to charge my phone while it was on though, so I'll use the case when I need waterproofing, but not daily use. The port not opening was actually reassuring to me, hopefully it indicates that water won't get into the electronics if submerged or soiled.The little kick stand isn't very sturdy, too thin.Phone is still very much usable in the case, senses touch, turns on, biometrics still work. All in all it's a good case that I will keep and use, but only in certain circumstances like skiing, going to the beach, ets.

This case looks great, fits the phone perfect and feels great in your hand BUT with it being waterproof i guess?¿ my speaker volume has been cut down by about 50% so much my alarm did not wake me up in the morning making me over and hour and a half late to work. The speaker volume being drastically reduced is not the only down fall to this case! EVERY TIME i make a call i am asked to repeat my self several times. Which is quite annoying for me and the other person. It sounds like your trying to talk thru something covering your mouth. I had high hopes for this case but have been extremely let down. Ohhh also my finger print scanner would not pick up causing me to have to use the pin wich i could not remember so i had to do a hard reset of the phone wich by the way was not backed up to my cloud so not only did i loose many important contacts i lost pictures of loved ones who have now passed (irreplaceable) and (priceless) the hard reset also took out all the default apps like calculater anything google gmail, chrome etc. Clock and playstore so i cant even get it to download apps now so im either going to have to pay $250 to sprint for a new phone thru insurance or pay someone at a cell phone repair store to fix my s8 that i paid $827 uggghhh smh. do not buy

The first time I tried to open the charging area and phone jack, the rubber just flaked off. The stand on back of phone arrived w scratches. I would NEVER use this case to submerge my phone under water. I'm just planning to use it in snow for extra protection.

Great quality, I drop my phone at least once a day so this gives me much peace of mind. it does slow down the finger print sensor but I've adapted and can usually get it on the second attempt. Sometimes I struggle to open the charging port but I take that as a testament to the case's strength.Update: had this case for over a year. It's still keeping my phone safe from scratches and falls, but has started to fall apart a bit from all the wear and tear. I'm very happy with it, as it has only lost its waterproof feature in the past few months. Will be buying another one.

This product is extremely cheap feeling for being 30$. I tested the water proofing with a paper towel in the bathtub and water did make it's way in the case. The sides of the case that cover the buttons are very thick making it hard to actually press your volume up and down buttons. The lock and bixby buttons were OK. The stand and little texture thing in the picture of the purple case are white, I received a scratched up teal color stand and a body color for the holed part.. Overall I'm pretty disappointed because I had high hopes for this but I'm giving it 2 stars because it keeps the body of the phone pretty slim and not too bulky, but everything else is a no. Definitely returning.

The case itself is awesome but the instructions need to be more detailed. It came with parts that aren't even mentioned in the directions. I have no clue what they are used for and how to apply them to my case. . Other than that everything else is great.
