Better than more expensive brands
I got this because I've been having knee issues due to an effusion. I did not think some fabric tape would do anything, so I went for OK Tape because it was a lot less than the more popular KT Tape. My knee honestly feels much better and more stable when I'm wearing kinesiology tape! I've since tried KT and this brand is actually better. It lasts longer, is way less expensive, and does the exact same thing! This brand frays a little bit around the edges and does leave some residue when removing, but it's not a huge issue for me. OK is pretty strong and gave me little bit of bruising when I removed it too early (like within the first day). Removal is a lot gentler after wearing it for 2-3 days and showers! I've accidentally placed the tape wrong and gotten it stuck to itself, and it still lasted for days after moving the tape. I was a little bit worried I would get a bad reaction because the description says it uses " acrylic glue based medical grade adhesive" and I suspect I may have an acrylate allergy from gel nails, but my skin has not gotten itchy, blisters, etc.

Easy to Use, Stays Put, and Really Works
I’ve been using the OK TAPE Kinesiology Tape for my knee, and it’s honestly great! The tape has a nice thickness—sturdy enough to give support, but still flexible and breathable. It’s easy to apply, stays in place well, and I felt pain relief pretty quickly. Cleaning around it is easy too—it doesn’t get in the way or peel off with light washing. The uncut roll also makes it simple to customize the length. Definitely a solid choice for knee pain and recovery!

Lighter Support and Decent Stick
Of off all the kinesiology tapes I've tried, I feel that this is a good value for the price if you're looking for lighter support. It has a fairly decent stick. It will stay on for 2-3 days if you use best application practices (watch some PT videos to see demonstrations of good tape handling and application techniques). Ideally apply it to clean skin, don't touch the sticky side, but the paper backing. Once it's on, keep it from rubbing against fabric and other stuff too much. It's not so sticky that it takes off a ton skin removing it, so it's practical if you're looking to take it off and reapply every couple or few days. If your skin is sensitive or thinner, you can notice some irritation, so take it off carefully and give your skin time to regrow before needing to remove more. You might try some oil or lotion and slowly work the edges (like using peanut butter to get gum out of hair), but you'll want to wash that well off before applying more tape. It's a thinner fabric, so offers less support than a thicker fabric tape, but I notice some helpful support. I've found this to be good when I'm past the worst of an injury, but I want light support getting back into full activities. I would use a different, thicker and more supportive tape for a fresh injury or greater support. You can double it up, or stagger overlay to increase support. That isn't as ideal as one well placed strip because the tape sticks better to clean dry, skin than to itself. It has 2" marking block guides on the back for easily determining cut length.

Strong and easier to remove
This tape is pretty impressive. I actually use k tape often for costumes in theater as opposed to pain and traditiomal muscle taping work outs, but need it to still be strong holding body tissue and this really stands up to the task. Especially considering I do a lot of moving around and sweating in costume. Its also very easy to get off which anyone who uses k tape knows that's the worst part about it. Its a great combo of functionality and a lot less painful removal.

Works great to wrap ankles for sprains or tendon injuries
We have two different injuries & this tape works for both injuries (ankle sprain & tendon inflammation). It stretches & sticks well. We had no issues removing it from our sensitive skin in 24 hrs. Exfoliate/wash & dry skin before wrapping to get the best hold. We ordered more tape so we can work this week, otherwise we would be out of work another week. We ordered the multicolored pack this time to brighten our day rather than the beige. The tape stretches quite a bit but careful not to wrap too tight or your circulation can be affected. I took it off & am reusing the strip again today. The glue is less sticky but it is holding enough & I tucked in the ends like an ace bandage wrap. I recommend it. Take no more than half of what you need of the tape back at a time or it can fold on you & you will need to untangle. It is possible with patience.

Stayed in place but irritated skin
Once placed in the desired position, this tape holds up for days, even in the shower. However, I had to discontinue use because the adhesive started to irritate my skin (itchiness, redness, welts) on areas near the corners of the tape. It was also painful to remove. I also experienced irritation with nexcare bandage tape, but both occurrences were strange to me as I do not have sensitive skin…

Good product, easy to use
I got really bad shin splints that were not going away but after using this tape I feel great again. I was not able to walk for the most part but I truly felt better after applying this product. Make sure to watch videos on applying.

My new favorite pregnancy accessory
This has made my 3rd trimester so much more comfortable. I hadn't slept in my bed in weeks because I was in so much pain from any position I tried and the couch was starting to not help either. So after some desperate 4am googling I ended up ordering this and it has helped so much. Don't get me wrong, I have a baby kicking me in the ribs and I'm not as comfortable as I would be if I weren't pregnant. But the support from taping has made it so I can sleep and go about my day without the sharp pains in my upper abdomen and my sides. The tape itself is great quality, the adhesive sticks without pulling up at the ends and has survived the shower. You do need patience and a lot of oil to remove it, which is not necessarily a con. The backing makes it easy to cut and apply and it provides fantastic support. It does stretch quite a bit so you need to keep that in mind when cutting your pieces.10/10 would recommend if you're pregnant and your belly needs support without having to add the extra bulk of a belly band.
