Limited features but great for the price
It’s a nifty little voice changer but as some people have noted the instructions could be better and the features are somewhat limited. I wanted to address two negative reviews on here I’ve seen to start off. This device does not use Bluetooth nor does it say that anywhere in the listing or the instructions - it’s not the seller’s fault if you got confused and made up information in your head that doesn’t actually exist elsewhere. Secondly, I’ve purchased 3 of these so far and the sound output quality is perfect fine *with the proper setup* and contrary to one review it does not output your unchanged voice along with your changed voice. What I like about it is that there are a decent number of voices to choose from (15 total even though it claims 16) and a sound board with 8 sound effects which is altogether decent for under $30. It also has volume controls for microphone input, voice output, an auxiliary line in, and echo effect. I can live without the optional lighting effects on the device but some people may like it.The cons are that the instructions are somewhat limited and could be confusing for some people, two of the voices are identical from what I can tell (loli and baby) and the included microphone has limited functionality due to it having only about 6” long flex neck and connecting directly to the device. The result of the latter is that you need to have the microphone close to and pointed at your mouth for clear sound which isn’t convenient. When my son tried using it as supplied he had to lean to speak into the microphone and people complained they couldn’t understand him. Our solution has been to use this with a headset however this requires a line splitter to split the standard 4 element 3.5mm jack from the headset to separate 3 element jacks for microphone input and earphone output due to how this device is designed (these are cheap though). All of the other connectors (aux/music input, live1 and live2 outputs) use the 4 element connectors. Once you have that part figured out it’s fairly easy to use. So far I have used this successfully on PC and XBOX, but it should be compatible with any device that uses a 4 element mic/headphone 3.5 mm jack.My overall disposition is that this is worth it if you use a headset with a line splitter, however as supplied you can expect to fumble around trying to get the included microphone to work well.

Living with a robot
My son loves this so much. He walks around changing his voice nonstop. It’s like living with a robot.

Set amount of sounds, some similar
So don't get me wrong. This little item is pretty cool and yes, it does give you some different sounds and different voices. You have to kinda play around a bit to find them and mix them and some of them are kind of decent. A couple of them are nicely creepy. The only thing is that when you speak into the microphone, you have to remember that people around you can hear you speak, so it's not so much that they just hear the voice, but they'll hear you whispering or speaking into the microphone if they're close enough to you which does ruin the effect, so if you're using this underneath a costume, just be aware of that. If you're using this up next to a Phone, you can always have it further away from the phone itself to where people won't hear you because there is a cord that could reach a little ways. Aside from that a couple of them kind of sound similar and I wish there were more voices, but again, I'm not knocking this thing. It's pretty cool and I am pleased with the purchase. It is worth the price as long as you aren't looking for a hundred different voices or sounds. I was looking to somehow attach this to my quest headset so I can have these voices and effects in VR, but any cable I tried did not work so guess it can't be done. But you can hook it up to your phone and use it. (Just use it responsibly and don't be a jerk trying to mess with people or ask them what their favorite scary movie is!)So bottom line is that it is worth it for some light voice and sound play. Have fun!

DOES NOT DO ROBOT VOICE
DOES NOT HAVE ROBOT VOICE / VOCODER - only reason I bought it was for robot voice, which it says it has, BUT DOES NOT. The ''robot'' voice it does have just puts my voice down an octave - So it sounds like Barry white - not a robot
