It really is waterproof!
I have an aging kitty and even after taking her to the vet multiple times to see what is wrong with her, she occasionally uses my bed as her litter box. I was tired of washing my comforter, blanket, sheets and sometimes my mattress pad when she would pee. This is an amazing quilt!! It’s lightweight, easy to brush the fur off and so easy to clean! It doesn’t look “high end” but I think it looks pretty cool and works perfect for my needs.

Thin but nice & warm, good quality & great for Summer.
Bought for my guest room for a full size bed. Fits great & looks nice. Good quality & I liked it so much that I bought one for the master bdrm with smaller squares. Thumbs up!

I bought this on sale. The price was great. The bedspread is thin. The color is great. Don't expect something like a quilt for a cold winter night because it's just a bedspread. This is exactly what I wanted though because it gets warm in the evenings in Hawaii most of the year. I bought one for every bed and it's easy to clean because it's not bulky. Great purchase.

I'm using as a throw for a chair, but here's what you should know to decide if it what you want.PROS:Lightweight, basic bedspread - CHECK this is NOT a quilt It looks quilted but it's a lightweight spread to toss over the bedSOFTNESS - Well, I always add liquid softener and it does feel soft but as it's not really in direct contact with my skin, doesn't matter a lot, but NOT rough at all to meCOLOR - the gray I got is neither super light or charcoal, but a medium grayPRICE - Price is very good for qualityBottomline: for size (got the full/queen) and quality, good deal
