I like the product however the manual and special tool were not included and I couldn't assmeble it. When and if will I get those missing items or a replacement

Overall, this is a fun little Bluetooth speaker and functions well enough. The blue sphere (i.e. speaker) is rechargeable via an included microUSB-B cable. The C-shaped levitation frame supplies white LED lighting and powers a repelling electromagnet. Fortunately, the energy consumption is a fairly low and steady 2.85 watts. The foam "auxiliary tool" is provided to properly hang the blue speaker at the correct distance from the top of the C-frame. This frame has our solar system on one side and is a solid blue on the other, if you have a preference or wish variety.Bluetooth pairing is simple and easy; my unit identifies itself as SC-26 (even though the product model is SC-11-01). The sound reproduction is good especially for the size and shape; however, it's definitely missing rich bass. There is a single on-off button in the equator mid-line of the blue globe and cycles through a few color patterns during operation.The wall adapter must be at least a couple of feet from the levitating blue death star or it'll make a noisy racket and flight will quickly become unstable; of course, this action scene may be considered entertainment in its own right. A close proximity of the adapter doesn't endanger or ruin the unit since I didn't measure any spike beyond .2W increase in energy demand (suggesting merely electromagnetic feedback).The levitating speaker is also fun to spin while it's playing music and cycling colors. I suggest slow strokes with the foam auxiliary tool or simply blowing repeatedly close to the unit; it will spin for quite some time due to very little friction encountered (Newton's laws of motion applied to rotation?). It's tempting to use your hands to spin it but may be somewhat tricky to do so with the super-light touch required.Thank you for taking the time to read my review; I genuinely hope it helped with your shopping.

I love this speaker so much. My daughter was so blown away at the fact that it was really floating in mid air. We took it out of the box and plugged the adapter into the c shape. Then used the little square foam piece to put between the speaker and top of the C. Once you feel the magnetic pull on the speaker part pull out the little foam piece and wowwwwwwwwww, the speaker will be floating. Oh yea don’t forget to connect it your phone using Bluetooth capabilities so you can play what ever song you like while you stare at it in amazement. I don’t think there is a kid out there that wont be amazed by this speaker. It is really awesome. I also really really love the fact that it has the planets name and pictures on it. This light is a must for kids that love science.

This is the perfect size for a desk lamp/speaker. It takes up very little space. The little speaker ball floats in the "C" universe, a very neat effect. Once I got the speaker charged via the included micro-USB cable, I paired it to my smartphone (it registers as SC-26, incidentally, for some unknown reason) and played a few tracks. The speaker is not bad for what it is. It is small so one cannot expect any amount of bass. That said, it can get loud and do so without distortion. There are no volume controls on the ball or the lamp, so you control the volume via the controls on the paired device. I prefer this anyway.The real draw, of course, is that the speaker plays while suspended. Even if the sound was poor quality it would still be fun. The fact the sound is actually ok extends the novelty and means you can have your cake and eat it too. The speaker has a single button: power. It doesn't get any simpler than that.There was no manual in the box, just a small instruction sheet about how to suspend the speaker. That part is thankfully easy to do. It would have been nice had the instructions included how to pair the device with a smartphone, but I guess the manufacturer assumes we all know how to do that now. I've included enough information in this review to make that process easier.
