Lightweight Hi-Riser Walking Frame/Folding Zimmer Walker - Adjustable Height

Ordered this lightweight folding walking frame without wheels for a relative to aid getting up from a seated position due to suffering leg mobility issues which was proving very difficult unaided. I have to say this product is extremely stable, strong and very sturdy and proving to be extremely useful. It is so easy to fold away with the press of a button and barely takes up any space as it can be stored sideways. I didn’t expect the walking frame to be of such good quality but was very impressed and the plus frame came ready assembled. Great product and very good value.

STURDY, QUITE HEAVY. AN EXCELLENT AID FOR RISING FROM A SITTING POSITION AND ALSO FOR ADOPTING A GOOD POSTURE DURING STANDING TASKS. CAN HELP WITH SIMPLE EXERCISES, TO ME LESS USEFUL AS A MOBILITY AID BECAUSE OF HEAVINESS, MASS AND LACK OF WHEELS. THIS WAS NOT A PROBEM FOR ME BECAUSE I WANTED SOMETHING WHICH WOULD PRINCIPALLY ENABLE ME TO SAFELY RISE FROM A CHAIR AND MAINTAIN AN UPPRIGHT STATIONARY POSTURE.

Purchased this walker for a relative who had just had back surgery. They were trying to use a walking stick and kept falling down. This walker changed everything! They now how so much confidence and are able to walk around without fear of falling. With the upper and lower handle levels this helps with getting out of bed, off the sofa and off the toilet. Amazing! Would recommend to everyone.

I have had several health issues which have meant I have lost muscle mass, previously I could happily do 64 split squats with 2 6KG bells. Now I can barely stand easily. This frame gives me the balance control so I can begin my recovery to hopefully get back to my original fitness. I am aware that this is not a normal use of this type of frame, however it is sturdy and I continue to use it for my exercise regime as I return to better health. What has made this so useful is the 2 level hand grips. I use the lower one as balance as I do split squats, sadly not with the 6kg bells, but there is hope I will build my leg muscles to the level I had before. Good bit of kit in my view

Please pay no attention to the star rating as I haven't seen the item! I bought it for my father who lives a long way from me, after my mother told me he was having trouble getting stood up from a seated position. She has since told me that the item is a good one, but neither of them have managed to use it to help stand up. It doesn't really work for them.

Lightweight, foldable and fully height-adjustable, this walking-aid is truly excellent.
