I use this instead of 60 or 90 degree bits for detail work. It’s holding up nicely so far. In vectric I was able to add it as a custom V bit using the size, angle, and flutes, then it calculated the feeds and speeds for me. I love the results so far so I’m going to get a backup just in case! Long carve time due to its dimensions, but I can’t complain about the results.

The tool worked great! Very sharp, cut well and after using it the end results were professional looking. I would recommend this product to anyone.

as other reviews said the sharp tip will break. i had planned to grind the end down to 1/64 diameter. but i dropped it first. cuts perfect ill buy another no fine point needed

I used it as soon as I got it. It is very sharp and very strong. I was able to get some nice detail using this bit.I love it

So far so good. I'm very pleased with this bit. I engraved a sign with 5mm deep raised text and art so tried this bit to finish around all the raised art and text. Great result. Will buy again.

After reading the other reviews, I was very gentle on this bit with my CNC. Despite going easy on the feeds and speeds, this has already lost it's tip and smooth cutting edge. This might work on soft wood for a while, but I'd rather buy an expensive bit once every year, than this bit once every two months.

Used with my router, able to cut free hand with only a short way in to cut a path. Then used that to track the line. Used quite a bit and went through a lot of maple. Bought a second one for backup, did not need it.

Wanted to wait till I had used this before leaving a review. I've not been using router long and only just started out doing letter engraving. I have to say this profile bit is very sharp and very good for carving out the letters. I would certainly recommend it.
