Not only did I not get when expected originally, made contact with seller was told 2 seperate times it on way but tracking kept changing online even though I ordered because of delivery date it got here after when we was doing the trees..needless to say, got product finally and this is pitiful tree, lights not even on half the tree, I spent 4 hours "fluffing" and still looks worse than a snoopy tree..branches bent downward had to add spacers to lift them had to fix wiring connections did not line up correctly, stand holes had to be fixed to fit screws..going to have to add lights due to middle between sections have none..very disappointing in service and product..asked seller prior to getting tree for refund and they kept stalling saying wait till this date wait to that date, tree already shipped..and I waited basically with no choice obviously in "hopes" it would be worth it..sadly I was mistaken

This tree was very easy to assemble, is sturdy and fits in a small room nicely. At first didn’t think it was a good buy because it folds up small in a small box. Assembly took less than 20min and it was simple to spread out the branches. It would also be nice on a table in a larger room. I paid more than I wanted but it is good value considering the tree works well.

Always remember, you get what you pay for. Does NOT look like the picture. Big gaps of space throughout. Branches are flimsy and can only support very light ornaments. On the plus side, looks realistic. Assembly was simple. Lights quality and quantity are adequate. Lots of light feature/options for color and blinking.

I ordered the 4 ft tree because it looked fuller than the other cheaper options, when I assembled it I was disappointed because it was stumpy, full of holes and not anything like it claimed to be in the picture. Definitely not worth the $70 I paid for it I wouldn’t have even paid $50.update: customer service contacted me for a refund and they worked with me to ensure I was satisfied with the refund of the item.

I don't normally do reviews but feel compelled to for this. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture (4 ft tree). Top section is pretty full but bottom section not full at all. Lights aren't evenly distributed - lots of bare spots. Easy to set up. It's an "ok" tree but definitely not worth the money. Regret the the purchase.

It’s very nice. I thought it was fiber optic so I was disappointed but that was my fault. The tree is very pretty for what it is. There are a couple of strobe like settings that are a bit too intense but too don’t have to use them. There are PLENTY of other choices.

The tree came in today, and I am shocked and highly disappointed! I should have just went to the Dollar Store and bought a $15 tree! The image in the ad was full and gorgeous which was what I was expecting for the money we paid. Instead of full it looks like a Charlie Brown tree. Absolutely horrible! ALSO, the ad said "auto spread" and that is an absolute lie. I just spent 15 minutes spreading just one small section, and no matter what I do ...thin, thin, thin! Don't waste your money or time on this one! Sending it back as fast as possible, and then, going to the Dollar Store.

This tree was great, small for an apartment. It was shorter than it looked in the picture but placing it on a small table worked great.It wasn't as full as shown but it was still pretty full for what you need

The tree is not as full as pictured, “needle” falling off, not much to like about it.
