Purchased for weekend business at an outdoor market.Scale is small, durable, accurate, and clean.I use it constantly at the market.... probably over the month I have more use than a home user would in 2 years.Great Item.... Love it

Great slim-sized scale for the money.

I used this scale about twice a week for four months to measure ingredients weighing less than 2 pounds. It looks nice and is lightweight. However, I had two major problems with it.First, the auto-off feature is designed to conserve battery power, but is poorly thought-out. Sometimes the scale would shut itself off in the middle of a measurement!More seriously, after about 3 months the scale started to behave erratically (displaying random numbers for a few seconds before settling back to the previously displayed value), and finally after less than four months it's dead, displaying just EEEE. Unfortunately, I've missed the Amazon return window, so I'll contact the manufacturer with its supposed 5-year warranty. However, I don't have high hopes for the outcome. UPDATE: Yeah, nothing. Ended up throwing it in the trash.

It came stained.... but it's "stainless" steel???I'm confused...

The scale works sort of fine.The refresh latency can be >1 second. You can't incrementally add to a bowl and measure because it's so slow.The light turns off in like 3 seconds, and it doesn't reset when weight displayed changes. So half the time it's impossible to read.I bought this because I have another, cheaper, scale by this manufacturer that works a lot better. I wanted this for size, shape, and metal exterior (vs plastic). But it's awful.Don't buy this, buy a cheaper scale that won't be super irritating to use.

Excellent item. Easy to use. Also compact which is nice since I have a very small kitchen. Lightweight and easy to handle-another nice option since I am older and cannot lift heavy items.

I've been doing some testing since getting this scale and have had very inconsistent results. I finally figured out that the tare function doesn't work if you zero out the weight for your container, but then remove it to fill before returning it to the scale.It also seems to make a difference where on the scale surface you place things. That pretty much means you always need to use a bowl or plate on top of the unit.It is very small and easy to store, which is why I'm probably going to keep it, warts and all.

Getting screwed around both by Amazon and seller on returning this , so on that alone, DON'T BUY THIS !! You can't easily or affordably return this. Anyhow, I bought this for mixing bread dough and it performed horrible. After just a few short seconds, the display turned off. Only way to turn back on is to touch scale but more often than not, it comes back on at zero or some other number. And then when you want it zeroed you can touch tare but will it come on at zero ? As Clint would say "Depends. How lucky do you feel". Complete junk !!

Similar to other reviews here, the scale is wobbly right out of the box. The little feet that are the base of the scale are not even heights I guess. It's a shame because some websites say that this scale is made in USA (maybe it was previously) but this scale is defective right out of the box even though it has a sticker on the bottom that indicates it passed the quality control process. Attempted to return the scale right away and the website indicated: "For safety reasons, items containing flammable liquids or gases can’t be returned to Amazon." maybe because of the included AAA batteries. Phoned Amazon and they processed a refund thankfully.

What is the point of paying for a premium product if the tare stops working?? Just put fresh batteries and already see that Im going to have to do math untill I can affort another scale. Which will not be from this brand.
