Ineffective after you outgrow the weight class of a pair
You quickly outgrow the weight, therfore you would have to continually buy these at a higher weight in order to have ongoing effects. Progress completely stops when your muscles adapt to the weight. I recommend buying the highest weight from the outset unless you plan to buy multiple pairs at different weight classes.
