This product is really bad. It stopped working after 5 months . Tried to contact support to see what went wrong with this android box but it was closed. Did not like it.

Not Rooted as Indicated in the questions.
I bought this tv box for specific purpose that requires a rooted device. Although you can access the root directory, it is read only and cannot be modified. Thus, not rooted. I could not find a safe way to root it. Apps requiring a rooted device will indicate this is not rooted. I cannot say if the device is good for any other use, as I returned it.
