This Dell Universal Dock has been a game changer for our household! I use a MacBook for personal use, my work laptop is an HP EliteBook, and my husband uses a Dell laptop — and this dock works perfectly with all of them.It has simplified our workspace by eliminating the need for multiple chargers and messy wires. Everything connects smoothly, and we’ve had zero compatibility issues. The compact size is another big plus — it doesn’t take up much space on the desk, making it ideal for a tidy setup.Overall, it’s made our lives so much easier, and I highly recommend it for anyone managing multiple devices at home or at work!

Needed HDMI and USB-C ports plus a RJ-45 gigabit. These new superthin laptops have very few ports so a dock like this is really necessary. I've looked at other smaller docks but they need you to buy a 90-100Watt power brick. This Dell dock comes with the power brick that can provide up to 96Watt power delivery via the USB-C port.This fits the bill nicely. Genuine brand new DELL OEM packaging with Dell Service Tag S/N. Looks like the date of manufacture is: 06/05/2024.Lots of connectivity -- tested USB-A, USB-C, HDMI and RJ-45 ports. All working fine. Will be attaching external SSDs via USB-C later.Setup was a breeze and the dell ports and connectors are heavy quality and seem to be durable.Very similar to the WD19tbs I used at work.

Working from home I needed more screens to work more efficiently. These allow my laptop to connect to 2 larger screens effectively, charge my laptop while I’m working and connect to my network all at the same time. For the price it’s totally worth every penny to work more efficiently. It’s also compatible with all devices, so very easy to use!

My laptop alone simply wasn't cutting it for dual monitors, and frankly, I'd tried other docking stations that completely sucked and didn't meet my needs. Since I rely on a headset and laptop for work, this was an absolute perfect fit for all my needs. It works just as well, if not better, than the setup my job provided at the office!

Blew up! Would give a zero if I could. Purchased April 2025, working today on computer today everything went dead. Unplugged everything thought it could be power supply to dock. Plugged supply in other power strip, blue LED around male plug was on power supply. Plugged into dock, heard pop, got a nice shot of ozone from burning smell. Not sure if seller (Abe’s Electronics) pushing used garbage as new, or Dell has started making garbage, boycott this crap!Absolute garbage, no warranty!

The only dock I found that works with my mac book pro up to 3 external monitors

The dock works great with my mac mini. The only thing is that it gets very warm sometimes. It has never overheated but you definitely want to make sure you have some space around it for airflow.

Great. Use with one monitor and laptop. Mouse and keyboard are remote. Easy to setup.
