Yes recommend this was bought for my coworker as part of their xmas retirement gift and she said, it has helped her tremendously. Yes, I'm aware of the side affects now. However, short term I've even used and can't believe how great my sleep was. Amazing!

I was disappointed because of the size of the products. I thought they were bigger and not sample sizes. I could have purchased the 3 items i like at full size for less the price. My advice is to read product info.
