This 1-person sauna is compact enough to set up in a bedroom without taking up much space, and it heats up quickly, which is perfect for our busy schedules.One of the standout features is the multi-source audio system, which adds a nice touch for relaxation, and the ion/O3 generator, which makes the air feel cleaner and helps eliminate germs. These thoughtful additions make the sauna feel more luxurious at its price point.However, there are a couple of minor issues worth mentioning. When the sauna is turned on, there’s a constant hissing noise from the speakers. It’s unclear if this is caused by electronic interference or a faulty amplifier. Additionally, the MP3 system lacks folder selection options, so the songs play in order until the end. That said, I do appreciate that it remembers where it left off, so I don’t have to start from the beginning every time.Overall, for just over $1,000, this sauna offers excellent value. It delivers great functionality, convenience, and a pleasant sauna experience with only a few small drawbacks. If you’re looking for a compact and affordable option, this one is definitely worth considering.

I previously owned a 2-person sauna and loved it but I wanted something smaller and easier to move. We sold our large unit rather than move it to our current location. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and reviewing specifications for 6 similar wooden saunas. This sauna is super easy to assemble with lightweight yet sturdy panels that aren’t cumbersome to lift or move. Each panel is marked and they easily latch together. There aren’t gaps of any kind as mentioned in reviews on other units. This unit will not require any modifications or repairs by the buyer. Assembly should take 2 people less than 15 minutes. Just follow the pictures and it’s simple enough to not even need words. It doesn’t require 2 people to assemble but it was nice having 4 hands instead of 2 during assembly. This unit heated up to 140 quickly and that was a plus when compared to my double unit. That unit took almost twice as long to heat up to my desired temperature. This unit functioned beautifully during my first session. It maintained the temperature I set and stayed within 3 degrees for the duration. It was my choice not to plug in the foot panel. I decided to set up the sauna in a carpeted room and the panel below the seat is not close enough to the carpet to be an issue as the foot panel would be. Even with using only 4 panels, this unit had no difficulties obtaining nor maintaining my desired temperature. I see no reason that the unit would not be able to achieve and maintain higher temperatures, but I personally don’t have a desire for my sauna to be above 140 degrees. Reviews for other units seemed to conflict about reaching and maintaining 120 degrees. This unit reached my selected temperature even before I was ready to begin my session. The wood cabinet smells wonderful and attention was given to making sure all surfaces are smooth. I was also impressed that I received the unit within 3 days of ordering it and a week sooner than the estimated delivery date. The sauna was shipped in 2 boxes. The tall pieces were in one box and the bench, top and bottom were in another. There was some slight damage in several places to the shipping box but that’s an issue with the shipper, not the seller. There was no damage to any of the sauna pieces and I was very impressed by that. No friction damage from panels rubbing together nor from where the shipping box was dented or torn. I thought the unit would feel small but it does not. I am 5’4” and my feet are not quite flush with the floor when sitting on the bench. I love having a full glass door and glad that this manufacturer did not install the foot panel on the glass door as another company decided to. The glass door latches securely and there was no need to adjust the position of magnets as mentioned in reviews with other saunas. I would describe this unit as lightweight but solid. As far as a taller person using this unit, I did not have to dip my head to enter. My knees weren’t close the the glass door at all. As far as foot room, when sitting on the bench, with my arms fully extended, I can touch the glass with my fingertips. If I flex my fingers up to the ceiling, I cannot reach the glass. I think the overall size of this unit is perfect. It’s an attractive unit and a permanent addition to our guest room. Once again I was happy that I bought a one person sauna, as it takes up as much wall space as a chest of drawers. It does not consume so much of a room as my last unit did and we referred to that one as a beast. This unit’s size gives it much more flexibility in where the owner can set it up. I am very glad I compared this unit to others because I think it’s a winner for sure. Reviews on some of the comparable units were having me question purchasing a one person verses a two person sauna. If you’re a believer in “you get what you pay for”, you’ll be getting a quality sauna for an affordable price. Bigger isn’t always better. I have no hesitation with recommending this sauna. It is a really sweet sauna and it lacks none of the features I was looking for. Right out of the box I am very pleased with this purchase. Do not hesitate buying this sauna. It’s awesome and I absolutely love it!

I've been using my niece's infrared sauna for years. I'd call her 45 minutes in advance, and she'd turn on the sauna so it would be hot enough when I arrived, but I work a lot of hours, and my niece is busy with kids' games, etc., so it was inconvenient for both of us.I started pricing infrared saunas and reading reviews without much hope of finding a good one within my price range. I was looking for something affordable with low EMF. Per the reviews, this one was fast-heating, held the heat, and had great customer service. With tax, the sauna is $100/month for 12 months, and that's doable. I was prepared for two boxes that might not arrive at the same time or within the predicted one week and might have broken components. I'm super happy that both boxes arrived on time with nothing broken.It was easy to assemble! I'm a mechanically-challenged, small-framed, older woman, and assembly usually takes me a while, even with directions. I carried one piece at a time from the garage to the guest bedroom; the door was heavy and slow-going, but I managed. Once I had it all in the bedroom, assembly was fast. The assembly directions included are crap, but I pregamed with a video, so I knew what to do. The bottom snaps were tough until I had the door on, and then everything snapped into place. I assumed the top would be difficult to attach because of the electronics on top, but it was super lightweight and dropped into place. The plugs are at the top back, and the wall plug will be on the left side, but it has a long cable. The door handle can be attached with a Phillips head screwdriver, and only the 02 attachment and cup holder will need more than that. I'm using a grounded surge protector, but the wiring is good in my house, so I'm not sure it's necessary. Might as well be safe, though.The reviews aren't lying; the sauna heats quickly and retains the heat. It's not cedar, but Canadian Hemlock smells nice. I haven't needed to contact the company with any problems, but from the reviews, it sounds like they're quick to respond and easy to work with. The Bluetooth speakers aren't great for music, but they're good enough, especially for audiobooks and blogs. Like other reviewers, I need a towel over the floor heating panel- it's too hot. I'm 5'5", and there's plenty of room for me in the one-person sauna, but I think it would work for a tall man. My toes barely touch the floor when I sit up straight.Would I like something with red light therapy and a near-infrared option? Sure. But not enough to pay for it. Far-infrared saved me when I was detoxing from Lyme that had moved into my brain. Mold at the workplace jacked up my thyroid and immune system, but frequent use of the sauna helps me detox it. It's also been super helpful with chronic insomnia and improving my energy levels. My skin looks terrific, and it helps with dark circles and puffy eyes.
