Works for fan control, temperature control is not needed. .
I needed two more fans in my new build. Variable so they could be off for browsing but up for gaming. This works, but the temperature sensors are worthless. So many sensors on the motherboard, I didn't need these. Just the fan controls would have been enough.

Screen never worked
Got the device, plugged it in and the screen didn't turn on. I thought the whole thing was broken but I plugged in the fans and the fans turned on. I now have no idea what the temperature settings are so this is now a manual fan controller that either on or off

Good for CNC controller
I didn’t use this for a computer and thought it would be ideal for a CNN controller box. Wired in the box and works flawlessly. No issues so far and easy to install. Great for regulating temps, especially in the garage.

Great for fan monitoring
I have a motherboard that doesn't have variable fan speedNow it doesn't matterWorks pretty well seems to be accurate as far as I can tell with my IR thermometer

Jumping rpm readings
The media could not be loaded. I'm not sure why my fan speeds are jumping around on the display. The zero RPM reading keep setting off the alarm which is nice to know the alarm work but there's something going on with my control unit. Going to do an exchange and see what the new one does. Will update if new one works better.

not a pwm controller
the description misled me to believe this was a pwm controller, was going to use this for a water pump but the only control this has is voltage regulated, not pwm

Doing a lot of upscale video's needed more fan speed at times.
