I bought this due to the ingrediants, reviews, and price. I think these are really good and I get what I need/want from the vitamin. The taste is good and pleasant, but they don't dissolve easily. I found I have to roll them around with gentle pressure from my front teeth to help them break down. If you leave it under your tongue, it will take forever to dissolve. Overall, I like this brand of vitamin and would recommend, with the note that they don't dissolve easily under the tongue, like other brands I have used.

They taste good so I dont mind taking them every day. Small but doesn’t dissolve that easily. I will continue to buy them. Won’t know results until my check-up in 6 months.

I have to say that these sublingual tablets do not dissolve in less than a minute. These tablets barely melts. You have to chew them up. I don't know why they advertise as such. They taste good, value for your money is good.

Easy to take, great flavor, does take time to dissolve but tend to just bite it and it dissolves easier. Much rather do this than taking pills.

I'm down grading my review. I've been taking these for a few months now and while they are much stronger than most other B12 tablets and they dissolve quickly, I have had experience of feeling s difference in my mental energy and wakefulness after taking them. I have taken other products that don't dissolve under my tongue but I can feel quite a difference within a few minutes. They both have methylcobalamin but the other product works much better with a smaller dose.
