Good if taken on own
I like this product but have only given it 3 stars as you can not take it alongside a multi vitamin due to the magnesium content (causes nausea, vomiting etc). I think that should be mentioned in the description. I have stopped taking my multivitamin and kept taking this product but now having to take different vitamins everyday when I prefer to take just one.
