Good type C dock
I’ve not used my old switch dock/ the original switch dock after purchasing a utilizing this. For several work games night I’ve just packed this, my Nintendo switch and it’s an easily plug and play from the network to projector. I also enjoy the fact that I can plug my USB type C devices specific my phone and it’s able to project it on a screen so I’m loving this dock. I highly recommend it.

Fried my Switch CPU...
I used this docking station just fine for a few months. Then, I put my Switch on this docking station one night and the next morning the switch wouldn't turn on. I thought that maybe the battery in the Switch died, so I took it to a repair shop and had the battery replaced. It still didn't work. The repairman did a power test and said it's the CPU is most likely dead which can happen from a faulty off-brand dock or charger. He hit the nail on the head!Hundreds of dollars later, I bought a new Switch and lost all the local save data from my old one. All because I tried to save a few bucks by not buying an official Nintendo dock...

Works better than expected
Sleek design unlike many other options out there. I especially like the fold town top, good for travel or preventing dust. Multiple USB-A ports. Fast charges the switch which other brands failed at. Compact design takes up very little desk space.

Perfect for those with multiple TVs!
I bought this as a secondary dock for my OLED Nintendo Switch and it works great so far! It's a cool portable device, looks clean and has all the ports you need. I connected it using the same USB C power cord and HDMI as the one that comes with console and its working well, didn't need the LAN connection as the wifi on the switch does the job. I'm giving this 1 star less only because I just got it few days ago.. if this dock continues to work as it is now, I'll certainly upgrade it to a 5 star!

Works with G Cloud!
I got this since I wanted to play on the big screen with my G Cloud and I wanted an Ethernet port for a fast connection... On the plus side it's also black and white to match the G Cloud... Works amazingly! On the downside since it's not made for the G Cloud, my device hovers about 1mm above the dock only being supported by the USB... No biggie with a small cushion, but when I have my 2mm silicone skin on the device it can't make connection 🙃But I digress... The dock works as advertised and has the added functionality of being able to also dock the Logitech G Cloud!

Does not really support 100W charge, not even 30W
Main power issue:I used my phone and two different battery apps(Ampere and AccuBattery) to check for the charge. I use the official Nintendo Switch cable and plug to connect to this dock.Comparing to using the default Asus cable, which gives me around 1900mA/8W and a regular PC USB port at about 300mA/1.3W, the dock only gives me around the PC USB port output of 300mA/1.3W numbers, which means if I have the Switch turned on and running, it is actually draining more power than being given. Not by a lot, but still.None of the USB or USB Type-C ports give more than that power.Build Sturdiness:It is pretty sturdy, the only problem I have is the main USB C male being a bit loose. I don't think it is secured by glue or anything, just being held in place by something stopping it from going further in.Ease of Installation:Well, you just plug it in and it works, just like the original Switch dock, and the Ethernet port works without configuration. For Travel:I guess by itself it is light and easy to take around, but also consider the wall plug and HDMI cable, both taking up more weight and some significant space as well. I'd just bring the wall plug or even a USB C to HDMI cable if I really want to plug it to a TV or monitor. Most phones nowadays use a USB C cable anyway, I can always just use that for charging.Recommendation:Not really. It is not really giving out enough charge. If you don't play for long periods then I guess it is fine, but if you take it out and play it as a handheld for a day with little charge when back home, then use this as a charger overnight and you only sleep for say, 6 hours, before the next day roles in and you need to take it out again? You may not have enough charge for the next day.
