VERY SMALL PIECES. Granddaughter ,age 12 ,was in gaged putting it together for several hours. Loves play the music and seeing the little horses move.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a very cute set. The directions are not as good as original Lego sets but was not too hard. Pieces are small but not a problem.

Exciting to wind it up once you're all finished putting the lego pieces together. The directions were easy to read because they are on a large piece of paper that you can unfold and they are numbered very well. It made it easier to see what parts go next. I enjoyed putting this together. I finished it in about one night with a few breaks in between. I would like to put the other music box that's made by this brand together as well. Lol. I really love the little surprise lights that came with. They are very pretty. I wasn't sure where u was supposed to attach the lights because it had instructions for everything except the lights.But I just wrapped them around when I was finished. I like the song. It's fun to see the little beads move when you wind up the music.At first, when I wound up the key and tested out the spinning mechanism, I was worried that I didn't put it together correctlyBut i just wiggled some parts around a little bit and it seems to spin correctly now.Once and a while it will pause for a moment and you might have to tap the wheel, but I got it going pretty good now that I fussed around with it.I would buy this product.I want the caramel to put it together to 😊 I would have just adored this as a kid!!!!! I still do...lol

The media could not be loaded.  Some of the things like the parts with wings on the top of the carousel don't fit, so you can't put them on. There are supposed to be seven. I managed to get two on. I had issues with the bottom of the carousel as well. I love what I managed to get together, but this puzzle really doesn't work. I swear if you sneeze on what I got together it will fall apart. I'm lucky I can wind it up without something falling off. It's cute if you don't mind some parts missing that won't fit.

We really enjoyed building this set, as it is similar to Legos. Compared to Legos, the pieces in the set are mostly smaller1.2. or 3 peg pieces...and MANY of them. This makes it somewhat tedious to build. They are also so similar to other pieces in the build, that it can become frustrating trying to figure out why the pieces aren't attaching, only to find out that there is a NEARLY identical piece that you were supposed to use. Overall it was a nice group activity for me and 2 of my kids aged 8, and we had a lot of fun. I wouldn't recommend this for kids with limited patience as it can be somewhat frustrating at times.

I loved building this with my 5 yr old granddaughter. We emptied the bags of pieces and she sorted them by color and size. The instructions are pictures on a large piece of laminated paper (kind of like a poster) which allows you to see the details of the pieces. Pictures were step-by-step and very easy to follow. I showed my granddaughter where to put the large pieces and she pressed them down. I assembled all of the smaller pieces. We had a wonderful time building this together and made many memories. I'll definitely be getting another one of these kits to do over spring break with the grandbabies. I highly recommend!!

Grandma bought item for Christmas present for eight-year-old granddaughter. Pieces did not stay together. Many pieces were missing, so that assembly could not be completed and merry-go-round could not turn. I am hoping the manufacturer responds to this review. It is my only hope of getting the parts I need to finish the musical carousel.
