Used this to assemble some shelves.

I was trying to make an existing audio cabinet stronger once I found out they used cheap plastic hardware to hold it together (not purchased through Amazon). I purchased this kit, and it arrived next day as indicated. I totally took apart the audio cabinet and used the new steel mechanisms and wood dowls to reconstruct the audio cabinet. WOW, what a difference it made. Total success with these new steel mechanisms. I wasn't sure if they would work but they totally did and am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Amazon, for offering such great stuff.

A lot of parts, neatly organized. I needed different size wood dowels. All in all, still a good deal.

This was a great buy needed it for missing parts on furniture I purchased it worked great.

So, here is the bottom line...the screw section is lightly welded to the shafts meaning that the least bit of over twisting breaks them off. Since if you bought this set you're likely planning on using the nylon piece, over twisting will be extremely easy to do since it's hard to feel when it's fully seated in the nylon. I already had one break off in the piece I was building and can't remove it because the nylon piece fits so tightly in the hole it went in. Rust spots were visibile where the welding broke. Grrr.Also know...I don't believe these nylon pieces were meant to sit flush when pounded into place. It's an easy fix...a nice sharp knife will slice the extra off...but just a heads up. It wasn't a big deal until the very end of my project when the 1/4 mm here and there finally added up, but again, it was fixable.

Product came with the organizer bulging and parts loose in the shipping bag. All items were completely disorganized and difficult to sort to their correct bins. -1 star for inconvenience This led me to count each part. Did I have to? No. But I just chugged a Red Bull and was feeling cracked out. I’m missing 2 of the plastic nut inserts and was given 1 extra eccentric wheel. Everything else checked out. -1 star for quantity At this time, I can’t speak for the quality of the product.

Great kit that was exactly what i needed to fix some ikea furniture.

I still have not used any of the components, but I did inspect the shipment and I can’t wait to start using them.
