I bought this because charcoal in my thurible kept setting off my smoke alarm. It serves its purpose beautifully, and although it took a while to come, it was perfectly packaged and came without even a scratch.

Got this to ‘burn’ dried loose sage and palo santo chips. Works awesome! Love the temp control and timer. Can crank it way up to smoke larger pieces of cedar shavings and way down for more delicate things like dried lavender and lemongrass.It still requires some common sense as it *does* get quite hot. Still better than open flame for me

Started out fine then just quit completely!bought because my other one could not handle loose herbs well. This does great and really puts out the heat.

I wanted to love this, but whether the product just isn't good enough, or I got a dud, it does not heat consistently. Some data I took with an infrared temperature gun used at the correct distance from the burner:-Burner with water and essential oil drops in the water, thermostat set to 110C/230F: 130-150F.-Same scenario, thermostat set to 200C/392F: 125-145F-Burner with metal dish, three small pieces of resin, no water, thermostat set to 110C/230F: 230-240F-Same scenario, thermostat set to 280C/536F: 190-200FAs you can see, inconsistent. I'm returning it. I've read that the Mermade Arts Golden Lotus burner is the best (according to redditors) for burning incense, but I was put off by its price ($23 for shipping alone!). I may try it, though, since this one on Amazon is not consistent.Also, only Mandarin instructions. Not a single English phrase to be found!

This electric incense burner is a beautiful dark blue. Works great with resin. Love the temperature control and timer.
