This is a good "seat cover" - Not a replacement seat but a good pull-over-the-top cover that works and looks better than a busted-up seat. It's a loose fit, & that's to be expected for a seat cover. Dont expect this to be a new factory seat or a replacement skin! As a bonus, it has some pockets that I didnt know about and a zipper pocket too = so bonus!

Fit perfect on my John Deere S240. Have not mowed with it on yet but has to better than my cracking factory seat. So disappointed when you pay top dollar for a machine and the seat cracks right away.

The cover went on easily. It fits loosely, but that was not a concern. Unfortunately, it tore easily and will have to be replaced. The damage that occurred may have been caused by a raccoon or some other creature, so its lack of durability may be due to extraordinary conditions.
