Great alternative to a headboard. I have a king size bed that sits between two windows. The bed is a little big for the space and I didn't want to block the windows with a king headboard. This was the perfect width (about 6 feet wide) and dresses up the space. Quality item and easy to install. I highly recommend.

I am a 60 yr old female no help from anyone to hang this bar.The headboard pillow is gray and extremely light. The headboard pillows seem sturdy enough meaning the seams appear tight and padding of head board pillows sufficient.. The metal bar is very sturdy. You have six screw holes. 2 on the left on the end 2 on the right end and 2 in the center. Inevitably the center is going to line up with a 2 x 4 because that’s how houses are built. The ends will simply be screwed into drywall. You should use the drywall anchors on the ends and then insert your screw. You’re going to have to be very careful when measuring. You need to use your logic. You’re going to measure up from the floor how high you want it to sit whether a 1/2 inch or more or whatever your preference above your mattress.(I think you’ll find a quarter to a half inch is sufficient because your pillows and comforter will cover that space and you won’t see your wall)You need to measure the height of your headboard pillow including how much of your leather strap you’d like showing. I chose 4 inches of leather strap; therefore, the pillow height +4 inches that is where your bar is going to be above that mark you made just above your mattress that 1/2 inch or so you chose and marked off. Be sure you have a small hand level to make sure your metal bar is level when you pencil mark the pre-drilled holes in your metal bar. People don’t be afraid to use that pencil and mark it dark on your wall so you’re not squinting to find your hole marks. Unfortunately, they sent me a bar with one end that was crooked and I could not screw into the bottom. Just the top on the end; it still worked. Shame on quality assurance in manufacturing. You just have to measure. Measure 2-4 times before marking your wall so you are sure. If you have somebody else to help you, which I didn’t, have them strap the headboard around your bar While you are holding the bar lined up with your marks to see if that’s the right height for your bed. Do not use the wrench handtool they included. Just get your screwdriver so it’s easier. Again the center hole you marked will need drilled because you will be trying to put your screw into wood. If you firmly use the wall anchors and screws on the left and right side of the bar , you actually may not even need a center screw.The Velcro on the leather straps seems to be sturdy enough. Just use your fingers and work it making sure all the Velcro up and down the strap is secured.This product was worth the money. Just be sure this is where your bed/headboard is going to be permanently.

It was easy to install and adjustable right where you need it. The size is perfect and Sturdy. A great value.

The hardware that came with this item did not work for me. I had to go to the hardware store and purchase different anchors. My walls must be thin because what came with them was too long, and I could not get them to work, and they went through the wall. However, when I got shorter anchors and got it attached (using a level), it looked great. I love how it looks, and it seems very sturdy. I wouldn't do any pullups on it, but I don't foresee it coming out of the wall. I think it looks great, and I like that it is not attached to the bed frame.

Installing this headboard was extremely easy. You will need a power drill. My husband and I both wanted something different than the traditional headboard. This is so stylish and unique. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

I love the look of the floating headboard the only one issue the rail had a bent right side however, once it was on the wall you could not notice it

I don’t know how this looks set up but the padded pieces looked nice. We neglected to measure the wall space rather than just the bed and the rail wouldn’t fit nicely in the space we had available. However, we would have never made it that far anyway. The rod piece had rust and the chemical smell upon opening the box was horrendous. My husband had the headboard pieces in our bedroom not even 5 minutes before we realized the size wouldn’t work and we packed them back up. 5 days later the chemical smell still lingers. I’ve washed everything fabric, used an air purifier, burned a candle, and sprayed Febreze. I can’t imagine those chemicals and smell being at my head while I slept.

This headboard was so easy to install. I needed a headboard that did not have the traditional framing because we have a king split bed that can be raised at the headboard and footboard. This headboard is installed directly to the wall making it easy to install at any height you want. It took just minutes to install…6 screws and then you attach the velcro to the bar and your done. Plus it is very stylish and very different from traditional headboards. I have had many compliments since the installation . Love it!!

The "Full-size/Double headboard" was NOT available for purchase. I had to compensate for the Queen Size Headboard's extra width overhang of the double-size bed frame by raising the purchased, queen-size headboard "hanging height" & adjusting the bedside night tables. Fortunately, I had already installed a 14" Metal bed frame w/electrical outlets & under-bed lighting. The high bedframe & extra height mattress brought the finished height up to the new "raised headboard height". The finished look is good but the job could have been simplified by having a Full Size/Double bed width available. Thank you. 4 Stars out of 5.
