Stronger hair
I bought about month ago and i can see differences, some people thinking they gonna grow hair back, it’s impossible so this product doesnt bring hair already fall off, it helps to make your hair to be stronger and less fall off for future,Since im using i dont have a too much fall off anymoreI have got full hair but last afew months slowly slowly was falling off and one of my hairdresser friend recommended and it really does the job

I opted for the 300mcg as I was nervous about getting any higher when the daily intake needed is just 15mcg. I have been taking for nearly a month now and have noticed a small improvement in my hair growth. I had lost an amount of hair due to stress alopecia. my hair seems stronger and the area where there was loss there appears to be thicker growth. This may be psychological but for now my confidence has returned. I have conerns about break outs that other people have noticed but so far I seem to have been lucky.

Good biotin
Finally I found a normal intensity biotin! Most companies do crazy amounts in one pill like 10,000 that way way waaay exceed daily needs and cause issues like breakouts and god knows what else.This one is 300 strengths and is working perfectly for my hair without giving me skin issues. Thank you

Hair prone to knotting
I have dyed hair unfortunately since taking these my hair has hardened but knots up very quick. Ive always slept with my hair out and it rarely turned into knots this bad. I’ve never had this side effect from other biotin. Not sure what’s different about this except that it’s in tablet form.
