I started using this after much research into NAD. After about a month I was able to bend and move like I had not been able to in quite some time. I felt more energetic and my skin looked better. Well as we do , we get busy with life and forget to reorder things that we run out of. Three or 4 months went by and I was not feeling nearly as energetic, everything was hurting again, squatting and bending was more difficult again. I began thinking what am I doing differently….
