It works
I had just put a small pond in my garden, I wanted a wildlife pond as I get frogs and Toads. My pond went very green and I didn’t know what was the problem. I discovered that the water was too acidic and so I looked for a product that would help me out. I found this product and ordered it to see if I could rid the green algae and it has done the job. It takes a few weeks to get going but I can see a difference and rain water has helped.

Not solved my blanket weed problem.
I bought this he help clear the blanket week problem I have in the pond. The pond water has always been sparkling clear, but the problem of the blanket weed is a bit of a pain. I pulled out nearly all of it, but still some on sides of pond. I have been using this for the past 3 weeks and the remaining blanket weed is still there, so in my opinion this has not worked. The pond is only 280 litres.

It's a good product - more preventative than cure - so worth purchasing
My pond was already full of that 'green soup' and put this block in. The next day I could see a significant improvement.Did not clear, as expected, as more a preventative than cure I think. Will be ordering some more due to its affectiveness and hopefully pond will be clear by next summer (will use as a preventative next time).Just to add, my pond is for decorative purposes only so no fish and no pump installed either. So if there is a significant improvement without a pump installed could you imagine the results with a pump. I would presume it would work better - obviously I can't give an opinion on this. Also, a fast and speedy delivery

Anti algae tablet
Great product only brought them as a boast to my pond as has 150w uvc clarifier and was adding them to my pond while doing a annual filter and pump maintenance and turned off the uvc while new filter foams settled down I have a large koi pond with over 5000 litres in and over 30 fish what I can say these tablets I put in two weeks ago kept my water algae free as my pond gets full sun from mid day onwards I can still see the bottom of my pond that's nearly 6ft deep can't say if these would work if I didn't have a good set up with uvc system but they did the job while system was off will defo buy again for next years maintence well recommend

USE BARLEY STRAW
It did not work in my pond, I bought 2 and after waiting 3 weeks for the first block to work i used the second one, to no avail, I have been sorting out ponds since the 1950s and have gone back to my original cure all, BARLEY STRAW, but Supa was cheap and I thought I would give it a go,if you know of a farmer who sells Barley straw (make sure it is Barley) buy a bale and store it, it will keep for a year, we used to buy ours and split it with friends who also had ponds, you can use a sock, stockings are better, fill it with as much straw as you can, also a large round stone in the toe section, tie it securely and lower it in, Barley gives off vapours which kill off all the rubbish in the green water including blanket weed, the latter will need to be removed with a long stick using a twisting motion, my current pond is 6ft X 3ft and approximately1ft 6inches deep. hope this is a help to someone?
