I take this the night before a 6am workout and then again at 6am and notice a definite uptick in my gym performance across strength and stamina.When I dont take it, I notice a dip in performance and strength. Great supplement and works well for me.

Quality product tasty and inexpensive

I would deduct a star for the suggested dosages on the back, I'm not a doctor or anything but they're extremely high for me. That said if you wanted to know whether it works or not, it sure works.It's great for providing that extra 3-5% oompf I need. Best taken an hour before the workout/the big lift you need it for. I find about 1-2g to be enough for me, >2g to be a lot and >3g can cause unpleasant palpitations... use sparingly, use scales to find your own dosage, no scoop included. I cannot believe it suggests taking 7g before a workout, I once took about 3.5g and was a sweating mess and found it compromised my performance and endurance. I couldn't imagine taking the recommended 3-5g twice daily as a food supplement, that seems like a bad idea from my experience but YMMV.

I use this product with l arginine and the pumps are unreal.If you don't like citrus then you won't like the flavour. Very sour but really works! Very cheap too. This is the active ingredient in preform for the pump!

Anyone that has taken Citrulline Malate will know the taste isn't what you take it for, but this tastes as you would expect. Mixability is very good which helps to minimize the issues of taking straight cit malate.Well priced, well packaged. It's the most accessible version on the market.
