WealpeFrame Mount Case Housing Compatible with GoPro Hero 7 Black/Silver/White, Hero 6, Hero 5, Hero (2018) Cameras with Lens Cap

I do not understand why GoPro could not make their case in the same design. This case is as close to the original you can get (in my opinion), in terms of look-and-fit, with the added benefit of being able to open the USB-C/HDMI port door without needing to take the GoPro out of the housing.. This is a time saver and also means less wear and tear on the housing because you are not having to open the case everytime the GoPro needs charging.In my opinion worth the money paid-if its last around a year or longer. I have bought and returned a similar case from another manufacturer and its was bulky, and was not a perfect fit around the GoPro. I just wish GoPro included it in their product:now I have a spare original case lying around with not much use.It has perfect cutouts so all the microphone holes, the front and back leds are exposed. It comes with a lens cover that is surprisingly sturdy and a snug fit. Accessories included are a quick release mount and thumb screw.This review was after my first couple of hours with this housing. How durable or robust is it? Only time will tell.

I had to use this cover for my go pro hero 7 black as the original cover is broken. This product looks quite sturdy and does the job very well. Cool thing about this product is that it comes with a lens cap and it works perfectly fine.

The case looks very well built, and as sturdy and fitting as the original one. Cut perfectly for my GoPro Hero 5, all the mics are exposed and not covered, as well as the watertight sealed doors. The price is obviously unbeatable, and it comes with a lens cap that not even GoPro provides! Personally the lens cap is one of the most compelling features, as I frequently throw my GP in the bag and would like to avoid to scratch the lens! Also the base and screw seem durable, but I will update this review once I've used the mount housing for a while both on my chest mount, and my bike mount to see how it responds to a bit of a stress test! For now, full rating!

Great piece of kit

My original GoPro frame mount, only a couple of years old, and very carefully looked after, cracked and the latch was no longer secure. I guess this must be a common thing, as many third party companies produce replacements.Like all GoPro stuff, the OEM replacement is ridiculously expensive and judging by the short life of my original mount, no better made!The design of this one is slightly different allowing access to the camera ports, which the original did not. Having said that, I’ve never needed to make use of this extra feature. As a result of less plastic, it does feel a little less rigid, but so far has done the job well over the past 6 months and at a quarter of the price.

Protection achetée pour fixer ma gopro sur mon drone et elle est parfaite: elle permet de bien envelopper la cam et laisse la trappe de charge libre pour y connecter une alim externe.
