These work well when they stick, but I've put some on doorframes which have then fallen off so the glue on them could be a bit better. I like that they're clear though so you can't see them very easily, and if you do need to take them off, they come off without leaving any marks.

We recently moved house and noticed that the previous owners had discreetly used similar protection pads in various rooms to protect the cabinets/walls/tiles from being damaged by door handles. As there were a couple of areas unprotected I ordered a sheet.On the kitchen cabinets I was able to stick them easily on the steel cabinet door handles. On actual room doors I found they adhered more effectively to the walls rather than the handles. They can also be used behind drawer fronts and doors to prevent them slamming noisily when you shut them.These pads were a cheap yet simple and effective way of protecting areas of our property from getting accidentally bumped, scratched or indented.
