Well made small tools for the bycycle should last a long time

It’s Wera so very high quality. Excellent range of sockets and screwdriver bits. The ratchet is just brilliant and all in a good quality case.

Very handy to have in your tool kit.

I mainly bought this set to try the ratchet out. At the time of buying (from Amazon) the ratchet was about £55 and this full set was £67. It was therefore a no brainer to get the set. The ratchet is very nice and has some really nice features. The other bits were all very well made. I'm not that impressed with the fabric case though as the loops to put the items in are sometimes too loose and sometimes too tight. For instance, it's a hassle to feed the ratchet in though two fairly tight elasticated loops. The loops for the sockets are a bit tight for the bigger 13mm socket and then a bit loose for the smaller 5.5mm socket. I realise that it must be very difficult to make all the loops exactly the correct size for what they hold just because elastic is hard to set / sew. This type of case is useful to just chuck into a bag compared to say a hard case, however, it is more fiddly to get the bits you need out of this type of case.One other dissapointment is the etching on the sockets and screwdriver bits is quite faint. It's a shame Wera couldn't have worked harder to make the writing darker. Also, the sockets don't have the sizes (writing) printed in the same place. This doesn't matter if you have this sockets in elasticated loops, but if you were putting them on a socket rail you would at least have expected to have all the writing facing the same way. If you look at pictures of Wera 1/4" sockets where they are mounted on a rail, it shows the writing facing the same way, however, this is not the case with my ones. Apart from that, I like it.

Now that I've had a few months with this ratchet set, the quality and versatility have really come through. I've gone through quite a few ratchet sets in the past - but this is my first from Wera and I'm expecting years of use from this product, and tbh, I see no reason why I won't get it. It's expensive, but then if you are considering Wera then the cost should not be surprising. It is surprisingly small, and my first impression was concern around if it was strong enough for my purposes, but to be fair it has done everything asked of it. I am not a professional DIYer, but for most if not all household jobs you would be hard pressed to need anything else. Buy with confidence.

A very well designed ratchet and bit set.It’s now my 1st go to one size fits all tool, for nearly every task I do.Only regret, not buying one much sooner.

Top notch quality and design in every way. Perfect for taking out with the bikes. So many different variations of tool. Brilliant. Expensive - but you get what you pay for. Buy cheap, buy twice, as they say.

This product is not cheap but it saves time in the long run.I would recommend this product to anyone .
