Couldn't figure out why the tool box wouldn't come out from inside the cabinet until I realized it had two screws holding it from underneath. Took some effort to get the wheels. on but got it. Love the tool box , I'm very happy with it as it has lots of room, It had a slight ding on the front but otherwise. worth the money.

My experience thusfar with this tool chest has been nothing like the negative reviews. It’s not made of poor materials nor is it functionally cheap. It’s solid and I plan on having it many years. Shipping issues may have contributed to some other reviewers’ issues but mine came packed well and set up great.This chest will save you a lot of money if you’re not into trendy colors or big tool names. People really do get invested in brands for these things and I get it when it comes to tools, but not for basic storage use in a basic garage. (Though my bright red chest has received a ton of complements on appearance already in just over a week)
