When these first came out years ago, I went through a phase of gifting them to my Mom.My friend saw the ones I bought my Mom years ago and commented how nice they were.So I chose this for her upcoming birthday as I had previously bought my Mom the same one previously.The detail and the quality of this figurine is lovely; making the "Happy Birthday" put of one piece of wore is superb.

Little smaller then I expected but overall love it!
I bought this, 'birthday girl' made by the Willow Tree collection for a colleague at work who is also a friend. It was her for her b-day, I thought of originally getting her something with angels since she loves them but last gift I got her had to do with angels so I went on to Amazon to have a look & seen this & what grabbed me the most was the price. I love Willow Tree myself and have a few of their pieces that first started when my husband and I were married and got our first piece as a present from a friend of our's. Willow Tree makes such lovely wooden figures to mark all sorts of occasions, the packing is always perfect, figure is completely enclosed in stirafoam and place in a Willow Tree box. It arrive on the second day after I order it, completey sound and could not be happier, thank you Willow Tree and Amazon :)
