Good Tool for the Price
Okay, so you can surely buy a more expensive dial indicator from Mitutoyo or Starrett, but for the intended purpose, it does the job well. I hadn't trued my table saw since moving it into my garage and wanted to make sure it was still cutting as accurately as it can. The dial indicator is accurate enough for this task and the anodized aluminum bars that it attaches to are nicely finished. The screw holes are roughly cut, making the screws a little tight, but that doesn't affect the operation. I do wish they had added some instructions for assembly. I was left to rely on the picture from the Amazon entry. I would recommend this tool.

Very simple tool - Great results
The only downside to the gauge is that the miter bar had a lot of playto fix this, I just added a few layers of masking tape and it worked exactly as I hoped

zero instructions
device received without instructions, could have just bought the cheap indicator and made one with scrap wood

Difficult
Difficult to put together (no instructions provided); difficult to use (the fit is sloppy in the miter slots and the adjustment is cumbersome). This should be easy to use, but it’s not. Not recommended.

More negatives than positives
The media could not be loaded. WMLBK Table Saw Dial Indicator, Precision A-Line It Basic Kit with Dial Indicator, Table Saw Gauge, Table Saw Alignment for Aligning and Calibrating Like Table Saws, Band Saws, and Drill Presses.Lots of issues effect the potenial accuracy of this. I hate to do this but I actually think this is easier for me to list the negatives.1) There are no included instructions on assembly of the jig to hold the dial. (There is a photo on the Amazon page that shows assembly)2) There is no instructions or specifcations for the dial.3) The dial is only in inches. Why not metric too?4) The grub screws to take up the slack in the T slot are not a good way to keep it locked and aligned. They automatically screw/ unscrew as you push the jig along.5) What are these screws with springs on for ? You can screw them in enough so that they push down through the bottom of the jig and they then raise up the jig. Why would I ever need to do that? The cross bar runs across the tablesaw top and governs the height.6) The only way to get this to work is for you is to consistently physically force it against one slide of the T slot while sliding it.Note: I may try to add some very thin HDPE tape to one side, or both sides to see if this is a better way to take up slack in the slot.Thank you for reading my review and looking at my photos of this product. I hope you found it helpful!REVIEW PHILOSOPHY: I only review a product if it is something I am capable of critically evaluating through comparison, testing and use. This means I have experience of using similar items; or that I have equipment or tools that I can test it with; or that I have an upcoming need so I can actually use. I am as selective about getting an item to review as I would be about purchasing that same item, so yes, I expect it to be a good product. My reviews are NOT based on packaging or if it was delivered timely.
