Aroma Season USB Heating Steam Eye Mask, Warm Compress for Dry Eye, Blepharitis, Styes (purple)

I have Sjogrens and my eyes have suffered for years. I recently got a fabulous portal eye pad but wanted to try something that would stay warm longer. I purchased several others that are corded and this was the only one that worked. At first I was skeptical because it didn't feel that warm in my hands but on my face it was nice and hot and felt heavenly. I like to use this when I meditate because it relaxed my eyes while I relax my mind.It it so nicely packaged I plan to order more as gifts in the now cat versions. It arrived in a nice sturdy gift box. I opened that to find a fluffy travel pouch and the mask and cord was inside that. My only complaint is the travel pouch is hot pink and I don't like pink at all :).One feature I love that other products like this don't have is the hidden zipper on the mask that allows you to remove the heating element and wash the cover.Love it and highly recommend it!!

Had a stye on an eye for nearly two weeks. Ordered this and it arrive within only two days and was usable right out of the box. Smells like Fruit Loops more than lavender, I'd say, which is interesting to say the least. Simple settings, can go up to 5 on hotness which isn't super duper hot. I can't see myself using any lower than 5 honestly to get the best result. It heats up on the middle area of each eye part of the mask, so you have to kind of figure out where it is. It will heat up only where you press down really. Stye started going down within a few days of use. Make sure to wet the outside area of the mask in order to get the best effect.

I bought this because I thought it would be great for my dry eyes. I was initially drawn to it because you can plug it in and I thought it would be great to use before I get out of bed in the morning, rather than having to get up and go put my other one in the microwave, etc. Even at the highest setting, this does not get nearly hot enough to make any difference. The shape of it is also so it doesn't even feel like its directly on your eyes. I felt like I had to press it against my eyes to even feel anything, and then you just feel a slight warmth. I have two other eye masks that you put in the microwave and they are SOOOOOO much better than this one. I had high hopes for this item, but it was a major disappointment. I am returning it.

I gave this a three, because I have been using it since September 2017. It has truly helped my blephritis. I had been using a homemade rice pack, heated in the microwave. I only gave a 3 because, it seems to have a short in it. I use it morning and night, so it has been used often, but now it will not always heat up. The light shows it is indeed plugged in properly, but is not heating the mask. I have looked around and will order another, just because I have not found another product that is similar. I do not want to use a microwaving product, because it is so handy to just turn this on before I need to get up and get ready for work. I set my alarm early just to get my eyes treated every morning. I hope the next one will last more than 6 months, will have to look harder for a longer lasting product. This could be expensive to need a replacement every 6 months.

For a while I kept thinking how to rate this because of the stellar customer service but I don’t think it deserves more than 2 stars.The mask cons- takes 10 minutes or more to heat up despite what the description says- the heat coming off from the mask is very weak- the price is too much for the value you get- the aroma coming off from this is a bit strongPros- looks cute- very soft- convenient- good customer serviceI contacted customer service and they sent me a new since the first one I got barely turned on at all but the second I received wasn’t much better. I’m thankful customer service went through the trouble to send me a new one in only 2 days but the product itself really needs improvement on the heat level. I don’t know if just the cat eye masks don’t work but I really was hoping that it would get warm enough to help my chalazion swelling go down but it did not.

Having tried many eye masks looking for relief, I was always searching for usb heating ones on market. The eye mask came in well-packaged with a pocket bag to store it. It's a convenient design so I could easily pack the eye mask and usb cable on the go (frequent traveler here). The product itself feels great- soft, fluffy, lavender scented, cute kitten ears and eyes. Takes a few minutes to heat up and relieves my stress instantly. My sleeping has been more than restful and soothing. Absolute 5-star experience.

I received this in a pink zipper bag and thought the eye mask was pink as well but I opened and found my purple eye mask.😁 This mask is wonderful. If you want to warm it up use the USB connection, if you just want a plain eye mask remove the usb plug and enjoy. The mask has multiple settings for time and heat. It also comes with a slight lavender smell. I have dry tired eyes and have enjoyed this for about a week now. I can't say that it has cured my dry eyes but eyes feel so much better after using. 😎 I'll update after a month or so. I would definitely purchase again.

It is very soothing but hasn't really helped my extremely dry eyes. I love the gentle smell and the relaxing warmth. It almost puts me to sleep. To really work for dry eyes, I have to sit and hold it against my eyes, but my hands get sore easily. It also is good for sinuses, hits those really well. I am sensitive to many scents but this one is of a quality that does not bother me. It is really nicely packaged and very cute!
