It's OK.
It is OK, but not perfect.First of all, large coins like £2 coins, 50p coins and 2p coins can be quite difficult to put in due to the counting mechanism, and sometimes they get jammed meaning I have to poke something through to get it out. The mechanism is also quite stiff meaning a coin will sometimes 'bounce back out' and still be counted by the machine. A minor annoyance, but I have to take the lid off and put the coin in the jar manually if it was accidentally counted.Secondly, it requires 2 AA batteries (not included) and the screw to get the battery cover off is very small and tough to get off.As I said, it is OK, but not perfect. But hey, it was only (about) £5

Does the job
does the job but by no means perfect, luckily the price was right but only if below £!0, the coins can get stuck quite easily and it needs batteries which are not included also the screw on back is very small so need a small screwdriver as well bare in mind.I had a big jar before but it was taking up space this seemed perfect small and easy to store away plus the added bonus of counting the coins, I recommend it based on these points just a few niggling issues that might put some people off. Thanks for reading

Works
My grandaugher loved it. She went round everyone at her party. Made a fortune.

Ok for the cost of the item
Works ok so far but same problems as previous reviews, doesn’t always recognise some of the coins .

Counts wrong and registers coins you haven’t even put in.
Great product really handy for tips! Just it registers coins wrong for example I put £1 in it registered it as 20p and just randomly counted a 1p when I haven’t put that in the jar? There’s no instructions on how to manually do +/- so for example that 1p I don’t know how to deduct that?

It actually counts the money 👍
Coin counter is ok, not as sturdy as I would have liked and putting in two pennies are a little difficult but on a whole it does the job, and I am happy with it.

Disappointing.
The jar itself is a good size...however that's the only good thing. I bought this after reading the reviews and had high hopes for it. The slot itself is really stiff and hurts your fingers after a while and it does count 10p as £1 which is a pain if you put one 10p in and it adds a pound. I suppose you could just open it and add 90p to make it even but it's a lot of faffing around when you've got alot to count up. Will still be using it as a money jar.
