Very impressed.
Had the urge to do a jigsaw. Loved them as a kid so took the plunge. Very happy. Excellent product. I have ordered a second from them. Only 1000 piece so had it done within 24hr of opening. A busy family means I have limited table time / space so these are idea. A great indoor activity on a wet and windy weekend.

A much enjoyed family gift.
Whether caravanning and sheltering from the rain, or spending a holiday period together sheltering from the rain, this is a well made jigsaw with a nice relaxing scene to be enjoyed alone or with the family. 1000pcs so beware of jigsaw related injuries and muscle strains from sitting stooped over this puzzle.

Addictive
Typical of Terry Harrison, the talented artist, this is one of those pictures that has more in it than first meets the eye.Taken in by pretty colours reflected on the water, I missed e.g. the cheeky seagull on the post to the right and didn’t spot the two flags, to start with.Although there is only a touch of sky in this jigsaw, it was surprisingly harder than it looks, particularly the top left-hand edge. Also, the larger colourful buildings are not as easy as you might think ~ the various blues and those of the moored boats requiring some extra thought. Some of the pieces caught me out ~ in fact ~ with the end in sight, I was convinced that ‘someone’ had hidden some of them, but they were all there!✤ GIBSONS✤ TOBERMORY✤ JIGSAW PUZZLE - 1000 PIECES ~ 100% RECYCLED BOARD✤ REF : G6058The 1000 well-fitting pieces come safely packed in a factory sealed plastic-type bag in a colourful, cellophane-sealed cardboard box, measuring around 30 cm square x 5.5 cm, with a note about the artist & a snippet about the painting on the back:📝 ‘Scottish Gaelic, ‘Tobar Mhoire’ is the home to whisky, Balamory, Highland games and wildlife excursions.’There are a good mix of different shaped pieces (last image below refers). There were a few still connected in this particular box, but they separated easily and were soon shuffled into the general mix.Landscape in orientation, the finished product is true to the picture on the box lid and measures roughly 68.5 cm x 49 cm, fitting comfortably on my old faithful PortaPuzzle. It is signed by the artist in the bottom left hand corner. It has that ‘jigsaw look’ when complete, but, I have framed it anyway, as Tobermory has some special memories for me & mine.[20 images attached ©Terry Harrison/Gibsons]

Very good!
This is a good jigsaw. Not too difficult. I like the smaller box with regard to being more eco friendly and also for storage. As always with Gibsons the thickness of the pieces is just right.

A little testing
A great puzzle. A little testing and took two of us 10 days to do but not constantly doing it. The reflection and sky was the slowest part of the puzzle for us but enjoyable.

Second hand jig-saw
Rather sceptical buying a second hand jig-saw but it arrived very well packaged, as if it were brand new. It took me just over a week to do the puzzle, it was quite difficult in places but I got there in the end. All the pieces were there and so I feel it was a great bargain and I had great fun completing the jig saw.
