Needed a battery replacement on my hero 7, gave these a shot. A great bit of kit will individually charge batteries and is able to store them too. Powered by usb so no need for another plug. Battery capacity is OK and will last for a couple of hour on constant record. Changing speed is about an hour from completely discharged.

I previously sent a review complaining about the product, however I want to apologise as the issue wasn't with the battery, but my Hero 5 firmware not up to date. After updating it, the batteries started working. My bad, I rushed to conclusions to quickly. Apologies

Good-Build quality is very good.Batteries are much cheaper than go pro.Batteries are fully compatible with hero8Blk.Multi charging works spot on.Bad-I was touring and swapped out go pro battery as it was getting low. I’d recorded about an hour n quarter of footage via “wake up record” (When switched off, press record button). I put in new fully charged telesin battery and used in same way with same settings. Assumed I would get at least an hour but it died after about 40 mins of total footage.Conclusion-I’m still happy with this purchase but always use the stock battery first, keeping the others as back ups or just using the telesins to view footage and change settings etc before bunging in the Go pro batt before setting off. But that’s because of the way I use my GoPro. If u are on foot or doing shorter clips and switching batteries isn’t an issue then get them bought. The charger is great and batteries are fully compatible with all go pro hero 8 black features. No error messages etc.

The charger unit itself works fine and has charged my GoPro hero 5 battery without any issues, but the 2 batteries that came with the product don’t work in my GoPro as advertised.

Batteries fit my go pro hero 8 perfectly. Battery life doesn't seem as good as the go pro original but for the price very happy.

Works well and seems high quality - only time will tell of the actual batter life
