Q: How do i attach a blue snowball?

You unscrew the mic attachment, then remove the stand from the snowball, then screw on the snowball

Q: will this work with the razer siren x?

Probably, I blunt this product to use with the blue yeti, and it just barely holds that up, but the razor siren, because of its size, would be a bit lighter, so yeah. But if you buy it and it doesn’t work with the mic. You can return it. Thank you

Q: I want to attach something other than a mic to this. Is the arm able to grip other things? A camera for example?

The plastic holder on the end of the arm is a standard microphone fit. It is not adjustable so my initial thoughts are no. You could remove the microphone holder and there is a threaded stud (don't know thread size I'm afraid), so you may be able to mount some sort of adaptor onto this.

Q: Would this be ideal to attach to an amplifier? Basically looking to record guitar through the amp.

Unlikely that any amp has sufficient "edge" space to attach the clamp. However, it is probably better anyway to attach it to something other than the amp - vibration though the amp may affect the microphone. This is a sturdy, versatile and cost-effective product and I am sure that it can be rigged up in some way to satisfy your needs.
