I had purchased cheaper fidgets but they were all trash because they were made of plastic, looked super cheap and weak, made a terrible noise and would not spin for more than 20 seconds. This one is, indeed, very expensive, but it does spin. I have tried it twice and it lasted 3 1/2 minutes. The center piece is not plastic, so it's not completely metal as they state, but it's really the only one that really works. I don't see why people would buy all the others. Granted, kids will like them, but then again, kids should not be able to access button batteries because they can swallow them. I highly recommend this fidget and it is the only one that I could find on Amazon that was made of metal.// EDIT: I put this fidget on my back pocket, like I do with many others and, when I went to take it out, the center pieces were unscrewed and separated from the fidget, and I had not even touched it. Maybe they are also made of metal, but I was dismayed by the fact that, after having carried it only once, it was already unassembled. I could screw them back together, but it seems to me the durability of this item is not great... Two stars down.

Very quiet and has many combinations of lights.

It’s a funny little thing to play with, but the lights are hard to pop out and come with problems, you have to fight to turn some of them on

Straight out of the box, 1 of the lights didn't work. I changed the battery and still not working.

The media could not be loaded.  Best light-up fidget spinner I have ever had. It has some weight to it and feels good in your hand. It spins effortlessly and the lights are independent of one another. It spins for several minutes straight once you get it spinning and it spins very quietly. Each LED circle has 3 flashing modes that work independently of the other. The lights look neat when spinning. It came with extra LR41 batteries which were nice as I have used those also since I use this constantly. I ordered replacement batteries from AMAZON. LR41 batteries are not expensive. Each of the 3 plastic pod inserts takes two LR41 batteries. To replace the batteries you push from the front of the pod out just until you can grab onto the top of the plastic pod, and pop off the top, to remove the battery compartment I used the end of a flosser but anything you have on hand will work. Once the battery is exposed, take the end of something and push the battery out from the back and replace it, pop the compartment back into the pod and your spinner will be back in action. I ordered this spinner to spin when I think I am hungry and spin until the urge to snack passes. So far it is working for me.

My child loves spinning things, and so we wanted to try out this spinner to see how much he'd enjoy it. He took a shine to it almost immediately, and absolutely loves to watch the light show that he creates himself. It doesn't spin as fast as some other fidget spinners out there, but it really provides a different style of entertainment.There are three different speed settings on the lights that you rotate through by squeezing them. It's really enjoyable to try them all, and even to mix and match different settings. They can be fairly easily triggered, though, so this sometimes leads to my child accidentally turning one of the arm lights off, or also on. I suspect this happened when it was packaged and shipped, because when it arrived, one of the lights was already dead. Thankfully, three additional sets of batteries were sent with this, so I was able to replace the dead ones (in a relatively simple process). I have never seen these battery types before, and don't know what kind they are, so I doubt I'd be able to find them outside of the spares that they provide. It's very much appreciated that these spares are available; I'm just bummed I had to use one set from the get-go, so I'm knocking off one star. But overall it's a fun addition!

This fidget spinner has a big WOW factor! Spinning it reminds me of riding a ferris wheel at the carnival. My only caveat is the potential choking hazard. (My 6 year old was able to unscrew the middle pieces, which are the size of a dime & very smooth.) It's ideal for older kids, who will find it quite entertaining. Honestly, the fidget spinner is fun for adults just as much as kids!

I ended up grabbing a few different fidget spinners at the same time and this is by far my favorite. Each LED circle has 3 different modes it can be on, and they all work independently so they could all be on a different mode. It comes with replacement batteries for each pod which is nice but surprisingly I have not had to use them yet and I have used this a LOT. This will spin on its own for 5 minutes if you get it going. The quality is great and it feels good in the hands. The bearings work great and it spins smoothly. If you’re looking for a fidget spinner that lights up I recommend trying this one. Very cost effective as well.
