Been shopping around for a slimline unit such as this for our downstairs c;cloakroom. Some of the poor reviews put me off from purchasing through this outlet but to be fair they were some time back so decided to take a gamble having exhausted other options. Although the expected delivery date was four days it actually arrived the next day which was a result. The unit arrived well packaged as did the ceramic basin and was blemish free, As it is already assembled it was a breeze to fit, the addition of a shallow lip around the tap area is a good feature to prevent splashes down the side of the unit. I decided not to fit the handle as the cloakroom is rather small and it gave the unit a smoother appearance.Overall well pleased with the product happy with my choice and price point.

The vanity unit arrived on time perfect, but once unboxed the unit was damaged very badly.Fred & Barney rubble from parcel force must load the van directly from a cliff top location.it was packaged really well c/w foam protection top & bottom but to no avail. I contacted the seller who despatched a replacement which arrived next Day ,proper service well done guys 👍perfect unit & basin looks great 😊

Overall this is very good value for money. I was looking for something which was good value as I wanted to customise it and didn't want to risk spending a fortune. Firstly, the packaging was superb - very sturdy and well protected. My unit arrived in perfect condition.Overall, the basin is big enough to wash your hands under a running tap but if you're looking for something to fill to wash your hands in this one is too shallow in my opinion. It's worth noting that there are no fitting instructions for hanging the unit on the wall although it's common sense really, but whilst the hanging brackets are supplied, fixing screws are not. Also, there is no way of actually fixing the basin to the unit - it just sits on it unless you decide to glue it into place. It's all really easy to do if you've any DIY experience.It's a great unit to hide away all the untidy pipework under a basin and gives you a bot of storage too. The hinges that are supplied have a nice soft close which adds a touch of luxury to what is a really good value unit.I'd definitely recommend this!

This unit is perfect for what we needed. It came very well packed and earlier than expected. The sink is lovely, the cupboard is very sturdy. We cut an access whole for pipework on the side and used Grab-Adhesive on the unit cross bars and the sink back to hold it to the wall, no other fixings needed. We decided not to install the handle as there is limited space in our WC. I purchased a basin mixer tap and a basin 32mm waste with sprung plug, and a small bottle trap. I then added some self adhesive tiles. We are really pleased with the outcome.

Excellent for our small cloak room. Ready assembled and well packaged. Similar item in local bath show rooms was twice the price.

I am delighted with the product which is excellent quality. It does look small but when installed looks very neat and tidy. The cupboard holds more than you would expect and domestos bottles are able to comfortably stand upright so all the unsightly items in a cloakroom are now hidden away. Customer service from the company was excellent. I messaged them with a query (during lockdown) and had an immediate response. I would definately recommend this product and the company.

This excellent value item arrived and appeared to be very well packaged. When I finally had it fitted, I was pleased with the look and quality but sadly, the internal packing was not as good as the outside and the heavy basin had been placed on the internal shelf and it was broken in two. However the downstairs cloakroom was almost finished and I did not want to bring my builder back to fit it and went ahead with installation minus shelf! I contacted the seller who wanted a photo of the damage and packaging which I duly provided. Then I was told the order was fulfilled by Amazon and I needed to contact them! When I finally found out how to call Amazon, not easy, I was offered a discount. The first offer I rejected and a second offer was more acceptable. Getting back to the Unit, I am very happy with it but on the picture the door has hinges on the left, however, they were on the right which was the wrong was round for my room. My builder was able to fix this but if installing yourself this might prove slightly more difficult. To summarise, would I buy it again? Yes, it was good value for the money even with the problems and would have had 5 stars without the shelf issue.
