Sharper image should have to refund every person who bough this horrible product which never should have made it to sale. Worse product I've seen in a long long time, of any kind.

difficult to control

Received as a gift. The drone flies stably and controls are reasonably responsive. Not bad for price, considering it’s an entry-level toy. The biggest issue is that most drones use an X configuration for their propeller placement which means they only need an A and B propeller. This one’s propeller pattern requires 3 differently shaped props and so far, I haven’t been able to find a set that has A, B and C shaped replacements. This model is built well enough to outlive all the props it came with (teaching a kid to fly a drone consumes blades at an accelerated rate due to crashes). Replacement sets of blades need to be sold alongside this model.

Followed the instructions to a t. First flight it slammed into the ceiling, hovered there for a second. Then shut off and crashed to the floor. Never had any control other than take off. Kept trying and never had any control.

hard to charge. hard to connect controler to drone. steering not responsive. stay away - we are returning it.
