I used Asda's own Shape slim powder to lose a fantastic 5 stone. I was absolutely gutted when they discontinued it and hadn't found one similar since. (Huel is gross and gritty and I don't like Protien Works either) Bought this and I LOVE it. It tastes like Angel Delight and was skeptical as I had to add water not skimmed milk (which I suppose you can do) but, this definitely didn't need it. It doesn't taste too artificial and like the other reviews it's not too sweet. I was surprised at how thick it was but like my shakes ice cold so made it first, tasted it and then added ice and put it through the Bullet again. It's really nice, very smooth, creamy and filling. I would 100% recommend it.

Tastes great. Easy to blend. Will I loose more weight than just counting calories? Watch this space. BUCKET IS RIDICULOUSLY EGREGIOUS. charge me less and save the plastic please.

Two shakes a day, healthy snacks and main meal with exercise and I am seeing the weight go and feeling stronger. Tastes nice, sweet without being too sweet and really easy to use. Love this product.

Another great product from U.S.N, I was very sceptical about using there's types of weight loss aids as I truly believed they were sold by snake oil sales men, how wrong was I. Yes I did loose weight with it and no I didn't suffer the same problems others have reported, E.G digestive and flatulence concerns. I have lost over one and a half stone using this shake as two meal replacements. I have one for my breakfast then one for my lunch along with some fruit and then a regular heathy meal on the evening. What surprised me the most is that I found they kept me full throughout the day; which for someone with a big appetite who likes his food is a god send. I found the taste when made with water horrid so I switched to semi skimmed milk and added a banana and the taste was vastly improved. I also recommend using an electric blender as using a hand held shaker just doesn't do the trick.P.S will this make you loose weight and tone up without putting the effort in of course not, it is after all just an aid but a good one at that. So I recommend it for people wanting help in losing weight, but the main change has to come from within, oh and it's one of the cheapest shakes going, but that doesn't mean a skimping in overall quality.

I was using a meal replacement shake from a brand that was supposedly the best (Protein World) and found the shakes had poor mix ability, were chalky, oaty, left a bitter aftertaste and eventually made me feel sick.I decided to give this ago. First of all the tub is unnecessarily large making it difficult to store if you are short on space.I ordered the chocolate flavour and I mix it with 400ml of water. It has great mixability and no powdery lumps are left. It doesn't smell strong and if you leave it in the fridge or standing for a few hours it does become a lovely thick very smooth texture.The taste is subtle I would like it to be more chocolatey but it isn't bad by any means. It does have a faint chemically taste but it doesn't really turn me off. It isn't chalky, doesn't make me feel sick or leave an aftertaste which is a huge improvement on some brands I have tried.However, for me I don't find it keeps me full long enough. I have a high protein breakfast and this shake for my lunch. I drink the shake around 12.30 - 1pm. It fills me up and satisfies me at the time. However by 4pm, I am starving and by the time I get home from work at 5.30pm I feel sick with hunger. The first time I was shaking I was so weak. It only fills you up for around 3/4hrs or so.If you are going to use this to replace your lunch perhaps have it as a later breakfast followed by a healthy lunch or if you do use it to replace your lunch you will also need a healthy, high protein snack to keep you going until you have your evening meal.One other thing I would like to note is that I am not sure if this shake agrees with my stomach. Last week I drank it for 2 days and had stomach ache all weekend. I had to leave work. I put it down to a stomach bug as it was going around. I tried the shake again and the stomach ache returned. I am trying to pinpoint if this shake is the cause of it.It's a great price point, and has the best texture I have come across. Taste is pretty good. I would probably get sick of it everyday so I have soup to get some variety. If this shake gets me fuller and more satisfied for longer I would give 5*.I am not sure if I will re-order it depends how I go with this one. If I find one that's more satisfying I'd probably switch. Not a bad shake but could be better.USN please reduce your packaging the huge tubs are not necessary.
