For strength training
So I’m writing this review to help others decide to get or not, so I’ve ALWAYS worn cross trainers tennis shoes, either Nike or Reebok but in recent months I’ve switched from just cardio to strength training and HIIT and my legs and knees have been putting in a beating, I’ve tried to figure out if it was incorrect movement or my shoes, and come to find out through trial and error it was my shoe, now it may be different for someone else as we are all different but when I would wear my Adidas EQT flat cross trainers (no arch) I was not getting the pain and DOMS as much and felt like with my sumos and RDLs I needed something completely flat, I do have arch but I have really strong feet so I did my research and purchased these, I wear a women’s size 7.5 and have wide feet, I first bought the 6.5 but they wear too too tight and it compressed too much then next day bought the 7 and it’s a perfect fit with socks, now I could have gotten away with the 6.5 without socks but I don’t want to have stinky shoes so knew I had to go half a size up and it’s a perfect fit! In my living room I tried a sumo and leg squat and what a difference! I saw that in the gym I was moving forward too much and not getting good stability so I know these are just what I needed, im not sure how they’ll hold up in the long run but for 34 bucks it’s worth a shot, I hope this help others, they are nice too but most importantly I think this will help with balance and proper form, for reference I will be wearing these at the gym doing functional trainingUpdate: these are phenomenal weight training shoes I know they ain’t Nikes but they have been so good to me, im a couple months they broke in and are even better than new, you got break em in and they have helped so much weight training highly recommend!!! Durable and lightweight, grips the floor well and gives you better three-point foot contact.
Great shoes, very comfortable. They bend well and give me toes a lot of room to spread so I get the three-point foot contact. I got a size too big (9.5US women's), and I need to return them to get a slightly smaller size (8.5-9US women's). How do I do that? Amazon, or the seller please help me get a smaller size, I've never returned anything online before

Excellent choice
They are cut large, I went a 1/2 size down and they were fine. Excellent quality and pretty quick delivery too.

Good shoes for the value of the price
Good fit. Good for the money. Has support. If you wear a 12, I recommend going up to 12.5. Lightweight. Doesn't slip

Too narrow but has potential
I really like the aesthetics on this shoe with style and the cream color I got. Also felt grippy when you wear them. For me though, just too tight, especially around the toes. I assumed they were built wide, like other brands, but I had to return them because they were too narrow even to break in after a couple times working out. Really wanted to keep them but just didn’t work out for this one.
