If you burn it, you didn't follow directions
I see lots of people leaving bad reviews because they burned a hole in the fabric while trying to remove the wrinkles. There are several things wrong. First, it says to use a steam iron, this is NOT your regular clothes iron, it's a completely different machine, look it up. Second, if you do use a regular iron, it clearly says not to exceed 90 degrees Celsius and that you should refer to the manual for your machine to ensure this. So if you say you "only put it on 2", it means you have no idea how hot it actually is and it's again your own fault if your burned it. This is a synthetic material, if you're using a regular clothes iron on a setting hot enough to make steam, it's waaaaaaaaay too hot. Steam irons (the other machine, the one it shows pictures of) make steam in a different way that doesn't involve a hot metal plate touching the fabric and vaporizing water on contact. If you're making steam that way, your iron is well over 100 Celsius and will burn this fabric, just like the instructions say. Now, if all you have is a regular iron, use a shirt in between your iron and the backdrop, only turn the heat up to where it's hot to the touch but where you can still momentarily touch it without burning yourself, much cooler than a curling iron, more like a blowdryer on high. There will be no steam, not even close, your iron will barely be above the min position in most cases. This is not a pair of pants or cotton dress shirt, it doesn't take much heat to remove the wrinkles. you could use a hot water bottle, military canteen, just about anything that can hold hot water and heats up on the outside and easily do this job without an iron. I dewrinkled two of these in about half an hour, just take your time and don't be stupid. Great backdrop, using as a greenscreen with no issues.

There is a reason, why the whole back of the bag is about wrinkle removing instructions!
The media could not be loaded. This blurb in the product description was meant to be comforting: ‘Because of the special process and material.I have provided you with detailed ways to remove wrinkles.’This was a nightmare. I needed it urgently for a shoot as my white poster roll just was not wide enough. But this stuff is awful. You would think that somebody would chooses a material that would be no -iron, easy care, not transparent… this stuff isn’t.I spent nearly have a day first using a steamer, the a steam iron, the a professional super- steam ironing station. It had still creases in it.I put the iron on the cooles setting, but still the material melted and got stuck to the iron, causing a hole. Using a cloth in between still left an uneven surface. The material requires a whit background otherwise you will see the background through it.I used carefully taped large sheets of white poster paper to back the cloth and with staying far away from the backdrop and pulling the focus way to the front it was acceptable. Which really only works for small objects as the backdrop is rather small. The pics fool you to believe it’s the size of a person- well, kids maybe…My objects are very small (greeting cards, a box and a pack off seeds) and I had to extend it with lots of paper.Very disappointing experience.

Budget-Friendly but Textured and Wrinkly
As a design student on a budget, the 5x7ft Photography Backdrop in Solid Color White Screen offered an affordable option for creating clean and professional-looking backgrounds for my digital photography classes. However, my experience with this backdrop revealed a few challenges that, while manageable, required additional effort and time in post-processing.Affordability and Size:The standout feature of this backdrop is its affordability, providing a sizable canvas for photography projects at a budget-friendly price. The 5x7ft dimensions offered versatility for various shooting setups, making it an attractive option for amateur photographers and hobbyists.Textured Surface and Wrinkling Issues:One notable drawback, however, was the textured surface of the backdrop. The fabric's texture, while adding a certain character to the photos, created challenges when it came to achieving a completely smooth and even background. Additionally, the backdrop arrived with wrinkles that, unfortunately, proved resistant to traditional methods of removal. The major hurdle in addressing the wrinkles stemmed from the fabric's synthetic composition, which restricts the use of an iron even at low temperatures. This limitation became a significant inconvenience, as the wrinkles persisted despite various attempts to smooth them out. The inability to iron the fabric was a notable downside, requiring additional time and effort to edit out wrinkles during post-processing.

Excellent backdrop for the price (white is see-through)
I can't believe all the complainers..."it's wrinkled", "it didn't come with the stand", "I burned a hole in it"...jeez. If you want a professional grade backdrop, you're going to have to pay professional grade prices. For 10 bucks, this is a great backdrop for an amateur photographer. I've bought much worse on Amazon. This isn't one of those vinyl tablecloth backdrops. It's a poly fabric. Yes, it comes folded up and creased. That's part of how they're able to offer it so cheap. The seller prints clear and detailed instructions on the packaging about removing the creases. I did a quick pass with the iron and was able to remove the worst of them. If you burn it, that's not the seller's fault. Have realistic expectations and you won't be disappointed. UPDATE: I've used the blue, green and white. Blue and green work great, but the white is not opaque. I took off a star for this. Also, this IS washable. I got some stains on my white one that were very noticeable. I put it in a dishpan with some laundry detergent, and hung it to dry outside. Bonus: I ironed it while it was still damp and it came out better than when I ironed it right out of the package. The pics of the backdrops on the ironing board are after washing.
