Wow! This was one of two different gel caps that I purchased. This one is quite thick, which means the cold lasts long and is more consistent. It's my favorite of the two because of the thickness and the looser fit. I use this for daily meditation in the mornings and the cold helps with under eye swelling which was the main reason I purchased this. I was originally looking for a full face mask but came across these head caps which I didn't even know existed. I tend to carry what can only be described as stress tension in the crown of my head, and this cap is great with releiving that, especially when combined with meditation. Also, the area around the ears doesn't have gel material which means you can wear headphones over these. I wear my noise cancelling headphones over these for a completely immersive experience.... fully dark, chilled brain, and completely present. It's a vibe that I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this! I get migraines & regular ice packs don't cut it! This has thick gel, the cap is super soft & has the perfect weight to it! It's like a weighted blanket for your head! It helps so much to keep the light out of my face, apply light pressure to my head & keep it super cold. It helps with the pain tremendously. It's easy to pop in the freezer & take it out when needed. I like the fact that the top is open so my bun can stick out, compared to other designs that have a closed top.

I bought this for my mom who suffers debilitating migraines. She’s been using a soft ice pack with a band to put around her head that she alternates front to back. This one you don’t have to do that. It allows her to relax comfortably and ride out the migraine without needing to change the positioning of the ice pack. She is so happy with this product that I’ll be buying one for myself as well.

My son loves it...says it's like being surrounded by a cold pillow. He hasn't tried it with his bad headaches, but did wear it with a mild headache recently and the cap relieved his pain within seconds. It is heavy and seems to be of good quality. We haven't had it long enough to tell though. Super easy to use. My husband tried it on, and it fits him well. He usually requires an XL hat, so it's big enough for a larger head.

This is worth every penny! Helps the pain from my migraines disappear faster! It stays cold for a good while. I do wish the bag it comes with that you put it in to store in the freezer was a little bigger so it would be easier to put it back in after using. The bag does seem durable so far. And the first thing I checked when I first got it was the smell. No smell! For me it is the perfect size. It’s not too tight but it’s not loose to where it’ll just keep falling down and it’s very easy to slip it on. The fabric doesn’t catch on anything. And they send a card in the bag with info, instructions and care instructions. I love it 10/10 already recommended it to friends

I get migraines often and I found this hat really helps. It goes over your whole head so the coverage is very good. I keep mine in the fridge instead of freezer so it doesn't get as cold. You can use it for other parts of the body too. I really like it.

Got it because I’ve been having terrible migraines for weeks. It definitely helps and gives me quick relief. It’s a thick material and fits tight which is great! So easy to use and no smell which I love because scent triggers my migraines. No leaking because it’s not a gel like others that becomes stiff. I can tell it’s going to hold up a long time and be durable.

it seems well made, and has a similar amount of gel as others. I’ve tried several, and found the ones that also cover the top of the head to be more effective against tension headaches.
