I have for years been in physical therapy for a hypertonic pelvic floor. Being male it has been a struggle finding a physical therapist that will help. My physical therapist recommended that I use a dilator. I found the typical vaginal, straight and hard dilator was hard to use. I was also very concerned that I would lose it inside of me. My physical therapist recommended I try the Intimate Rose dilators. They are soft, yet firm, have a wide base and push directly on the Puborectalis muscle that is so tight in me. It's been exactly what I needed and what my physical therapist directed me to use.This dilator set is designed to be used with a water-based lubricant, as it is made with medical grade silicone. This silicone dilator is unique from other plastic or acrylic products on the market, designed by a pelvic floor physical therapist. It is easily cleaned with soap and water or other toy cleaner and can be used for up to 30 minutes at a time, twice a day, based on experience with anal dilators.

Nobody wants to deal with pelvic floor issues, and it can be embarrassing. These worked well, and were easy to use for the most part. I did buy the extender attached which didn't really help me( because I have t-rex arms lol) & I wouldn't really recommend the extender as it was really awkward to use but these dialators do work. They are super easy to clean, and worth the money spent. I suggest working with a pelvic for physical therapist as well.

Kind of pricey for 4 thin pieces of silicone, doesn't come with lube or the trainer handles either. The smallest size 1 is about as thin as a chopstick while the largest size 4 is about the size of a middle finger. This is definitely the beginner pack for those with strong reservations about sticking things up there. They are made of quality silicone and easy to clean since silicone is non porous and bacteria slips right off with soap and water. The small sizes can also be used to apply Preparation H internally for hemorrhoids.

Really good does the job well.

Sizes 1 to 4 are VERY small. If you can fit your finger up there, go the middle sizes 3 to 6 or higher. Even for Anismus training it was way too small. Kinda useless for my needsWhat irritates me most is the cost, complete rip off. $70? Probably cost no more than $20 to make.

Decided on these in an attempt to help my girlfriend adjust to larger objects in her rear end. As it would turn out the largest of this set of four is smaller in circumference than my middle finger. she has no issues with objects the size of my middle finger. Would probably have to explore the next set of sizes to see if they are closer to the size of objects she may expect in her rear end. Can't really see who these might be useful for but I'm sure there are some folks out there that would benefit from this set.

First, I'll say product was highly recommended by my doctor. And unfortunately this was something insurance didn't or wouldn't pay for. After months of saving, I was happy to finally to order. And then my package went missing. No idea what happened to it but the seller was great and sent another one! Really appreciate that!!I may update my review in a few months after I've gotten the chance to use this.
