I enjoyed the Shilajit, it came nice, thick and goopy but not rock hard which indicates a quality product. I took about the recommended amount on the included wooden serving spoon twice a day.In terms of effects, I felt overall better focus, more energy and a feeling of wholeness which is hard to put into words but you know it when you feel it.In terms of value for money, I think it is worth it as you only need to use a bit at a time as and when you want it's effects and my jar lasted over 2 months.Overall I would highly recommend this supplement.

I have been purchasing this particular shilajit on a regular basis over the past 12-18 months and it has been working great, I have it before bed in the evenings mixed in either milk or herbal teas and wake up the next day feeling invigorated and refreshed also for me personally it really helps with recovery after training in the gym before taking this shilajit I was always very sore after a training session but now my body doesn't feel as sore when waking up because of the shilajit helping me sleep properly and also the compounds in the shilajit itself boost testosterone production which have great benefits to day to day life, overall I recommend trying this product if you would like to improve your health and well-being and reap the rewards of that.

Swift delivery, speedy fast.After frequent/intermittent use - starting with once, a day, moving up to twice after a wee bit. I put mine in Herbal/fruity teas with honey and lemon 👌👌👌I experienced elevated energy levels, had more focus for both work and the gym, had few or less episodes of headaches/migraines/brain fog/confusion and tension, in general decreased - as did sensorial sensitivity to environmental/emotional overwhelment.My complexion improved immensely too!
