I love that there are protective covers as most only come with a few and some paper to paste your art on, however I have design drawings that I carry in this and it holds them perfectly! I will say when you open this you want to have it laying flat so the protective pages don’t fold your work but I love that I can easily see what I’m grabbing. This is a great value for how well made this is. It’s easy to clean should you spill anything on it and holds the work tight so there’s no movement unless you’re being weird with opening and carrying it around. Love this portfolio!

We use these to keep our kids' artwork in - easy to slide multiple items into the pages. I love the stretchy clasp to keep things together. And it doesn't take up much storage space.

I've recently become an avid painter of adult-style paint-by-number paintings. I'm addicted and these large art portfolios are perfect for storing all my completed paintings since I don't have space to hang them all around the house. There's a piece of black paper in each pocket which is nice for separating the two paintings that can fit back-to-back in each pocket (each portfolio can hold 60 paintings if you store them two per pocket back-to-back). I've had to trim down the edge of some of the paintings but that's no big deal - this is a perfect way to store and display the paintings. When folks come to visit, they enjoy flipping through my portfolio and looking at all my work. Fun!

So my needs for this were different than most of the reviews. I recently reorganized my "junk" room and discovered that I had almost 30 broadway show posters. Once upon a time I had the great idea that this would be the perfect way to track everything I saw and I would frame them and make a big broadway themed room. Now that I am grandma age, I no longer wish this upon myself but I also didn't have the heart to just throw them all out, especially since some were signed by the OG casts. I decided since I couldn't frame them all it would be great to store them like a photo album I could flip through, but the difficulty came in trying to find an "album" big enough. This absolutely fit the bill and stored all of my non framed posters! They slid in easily and just like a photo album they can go front and back with a black sheet in between to keep them separated. The missing star is because (as others have stated) it is a bit flimsy on the closing mechanism, I wouldn't want to use this for professional art portfolios unless you can find a way to create a better closing system, and the top of the clear sheets is open for sliding things in, so you would want to be careful not to accidentally pick it up the wrong way or everything could slide out. This doesn't apply to me because I plan to place it in a bookshelf, but it's important for artists to consider this.

I had nice artwork, but very old, pen and pencil on paper, that I needed to protect. All sheets 12x18”. This worked beautifully! The pages are all well protected, easy to see and slid into the pages easily. Durable and good design. Excellent value.

This portfolio is the best I’ve had used or seen. Cloth exterior and durable. My art stays inside the clear sheets very securely and I don’t have to worry about put them falling out. I am still very careful however. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

I have just started a new collection of poster art of pictures by The French Impressionists.This folder is ideal in size for this purpose and is a convenient and practical storage solution, particularly when display space is limited. Regular viewing of the collection is then so easy and pleasurable.
